Very good customer service and products being sold

Visited the Holloway branch on 11/12/21 adress 262 Holloway Road London N7 6NE made a couple of purchases for totally Wicked products and I was served by a lovely customer service agent by the name Hevin who was totally professional and very helpful the best customer service we have had in many shops on Holloway Road she is a prime example of good customer service we will always go back to this shop I think she works very very hard and deserves a pay rise and her head office should know about her good work through this review thank you very much for good customer servicing

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. All through pandemic has kept customers fully supplied. No extra cost for delivery if i place an order before lunch the goods are delivered that day. If i place order after lunch they are delivered next day. Fantastic customer service.

This company went the extra mile, including two personal calls from Stephanie, to resolve an issue.
