TSS were great from initial phone call to interview to induction, training everything.

Felt very looked after and they were always helpful. 1 month later I am in great job loving every minute,

Had a job with them but they kept messing it up. They would phone me at the last minute, then I'd get moved, then asked to do 24 hour shifts, then pay isn't right. A very bad employer. Happy I left and found a good company.

Can't deliver their service, so no guards turn up. They are under contract to supply a guard, but they regularly don't supply and they never tell us, we always have to phone and say 'where is our guard' and they always say 'someone will phone you back' and they never do. Terrible, untrustworthy, fake company. Then they have over charged the region now 3 times, good job I am on the ball.

the worst non abiding security companies as this one doesn’t care about the law. It will hold your wages and keep your sick pay. It will deliberately underpay holiday until you threaten them. None of the Management have business experience or skills. they are thieves

please never approach them, they should not be operating in UK

the SIA must investigate this company who does not follow the rules and the procedures of the SIA

i left them, resigned them after i was harassed by the managements i send them their uniforms i had a holiday of 71 hours which is 603.5 pound and they pay me 150 pound only they are supper thieves and can never hold and have my money i will take them to court

I found my training was carried out in a professional manner & all staff very helpful & approachable, the academy also was very pleasant to be in too.

I've been with tss for nearly 4 year.s great company to work for .plenty of work great area manager.who has supported me threw the loss of my wife this year .tss look after there officer.s and staff .all way.s played on time .been in southport all the time also covered some high end jobs as well

It’s been a year I’m working for TSS and I do appreciate the management and the communication way.My queries have been quickly solved.

I have worked for TSS for 3 years 6 months and have found to be a very good company to work for. They have dealt quickly with any issues regarding my employment and I would strongly recommend anyone to join them to find out for themselves that they are a good company to work for

I have worked for tss for over 11 years now and have been in many stores in many areas.i have always worked with ease knowing i have a great team behind me at control and with my managers.the job can be hard at times but also rewarding when things go right.no two days are the same which makes it interesting.overall i would recomend tss for anyone that wants a job in security.heres to the next 11 years.

So, I'm attaching here my email sent to them after the worst interview experience:

I have to be honest and frank because otherwise is not me.
This was the worse experience in my life until now with the interview process.
You booked it at 11AM. I was there before with 10 min. At the reception the staff ringed few times and no one answered at TSS. I had to ring the HR and they had to ring the Bristol office to send someone down to welcome me.
When the chap came at 11.20AM he was not aware of me coming for the interview. He did not present himself, did not apologise for this situation and above all he tried to find excuses instead of apologising again.
Obvious he did not expect me did not have my application number and did not read my application.
Very unprofessional in the interview and above all when the phone was ringing did not bother to go outside to answer he did it twice inside the room.
He told me that is going to ring me later on with another appointment to be booked and guess what??... Yes you are wright, he did not ring me at all, at least to tell me that he is very busy.
So, how would you work for this company? Or how is possible a person like this guy to decide who to be accepted or not?

Total security are the worst company to work for. I’ve recently handed in my notice because I was sick of the way the mangers either ignore you or when they did speak to you they was so rude and utterly unprofessional. They would expect you to do double shifts if you said no they threatened that you would lose some of your shifts. The only thing they do correctly is pay on time. the control room have no people skills all in all it’s a bad company to work for you are just a number and no one cares about your well being and expect the unexpected of you.

TSS ,have been one best security firms I have worked for ,the mangers are always helpful and surporting and always back u and if do ur job well , they reward u , sometimes it's just a reward ,but shows they care and respect the work to do ,So if want to b a real security officer ,join the team ,cause that is want u become ,u need help they are there are ,behide u

Only completed training but they have been pretty good so far!

Awful company - never provided the guards. Full of absolute trash promises, promised guarding for an overnight re-fit and no-one turned up. Meant we had to cancel the builders. Cannot trust TSS to deliver - then they tried to charge us, hoping I wouldn't notice. Cowboys.

The experience I have so far working with TSS for almost 5 years has been a fantastic one. It has a been a team work from the managers to the staff with the aim of achieving a goal of maintaining maximum security and the satisfaction of their clients. I would like to say Well done" for your excellent work!

Since i got employed i didnt have any problems with them.
They are trustworthy and very serious about their work so for me is a 5 star review and its always going to be like that because they are a very profesional place of work and very kind.

TSS had provided guards to our store for a few years. In the last 8-9 months was terrible as no guards turn up, couldn’t get anyone at TSS to discuss this with, high turnover of staff means they can’t recruit. Now with another guarding company who do a fantastic job.

Tried to communicate with them several times regarding the poor service delivery of Area Managers. Never had a good answer from Change Team(?) Lots Of promises for better service but always fell short. Wouldn’t use them as a supplier.
