Ive honestly had no problems and the staff was very nice. 5 stars!!!

Management was attentive to my needs and concerns. Helped make setting up payment arrangements an easy and painless process.

I have had very few problems, and most of them have been at least a year ago.

We rented a unit from Got Storage for a year and absolutely loved it. They were a little hard to get a hold of to make payments at first but later we found out we could pay online. They were generous in removing a late fee when we struggled to get our payment in on time. The area is safe and nice, storage units are reasonably priced, and the employees are incredibly nice in my experience. I would definitely rent from them again.

We have rented a storage facility from Instorage Stanton for years. Great service! Always a pleasure! The staff is great and has always been attentive to our needs. We have never had any issues with our rental unit. We are confident that our belongings are always safe and secure. Thank you to all of the staff !!

I have been renting storage units since 2004. In all those years, i have not had a better experience than what i have had since renting with Got Storage. The manager, Ed, is the best!! Helpful, professional, kind and goes way beyond the manager role to make sure you are happy in regards to all your storage needs. The storage facility is lucky to have such a dedicated manager. And I am lucky to have found Got Storage. I may never leave!!
