First Class Service from an Expert

I came across Totaltronics on the internet after a local auto electrician butchered the faulty instrument cluster of my 2010 Ford Galaxy and made it even worse.

Make no mistake Patryk is an expert in his field and you are paying a fair price for his knowledge skill and equipment.

From my first phone call to enquire if he could help me out, to his email to say the cluster was ready, he was swift and courteous, and extremely helpful.

I removed the cluster on Sunday, sent it to him on Monday morning by Special Delivery.
I had an email back at 14.40 on Tuesday to say the repair was complete and the cluster arrived back by Special Delivery at 9.30am Wednesday morning.

He fixed not only the original fault, but also the damage caused to the controller by the hapless auto electrician.

I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Totaltronics if you find yourself with an instrument cluster problem you can't fix yourself.

Just Brilliant! Don't even think of going anywhere else!

Wish I had gone straight to Patryk at Totaltronics with my speedometer issue. He should be first port of call for any instrument cluster issue. Total professional who loves what he does and I can't believe anybody does it better! Thank you Patryk! A real 🌟

Superb all round service from Totaltronics!

Patryk really has it all, talent, skill and brilliant customer service! After ages spent searching for somewhere to repair my failed Swift Sport needle backlights, I came across Totaltronics being highly recommended on the internet forums. What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with Patryk. My dash lights are all as good as new now and at a very reasonable price too! Highest recommendation for Totaltronics.

Fantastic experience with Totaltronics

Fantastic experience with Totaltronics. Throughout the whole experience Patryk maintained great contact with me and managed to sort my clusters specifically odd and fairly complex issue. He's not just a part replacer like a lot of other cluster repairers but will take the effort to fault find and repair the problem where lesser repairers would at that point most likely point you to buy a new cluster. Great experience and will be my first call should any of my other cars experience an issue with their clusters. A*

Fantastic

Fantastic! Great service and a very friendly and helpful man. I was told the instrument cluster on my wife's TT couldn't be fixed and we would have to scrap the car, no other options! Patryk agreed that it couldn't be repaired but offered a solution, the car is now up and running. Thank you.

Not a great experience

I enquired about an instrumental cluster repair as this company we’re recommended to me by 4 different people on an Audi TT forum on Facebook when my rev counter & speedometer stopped working.
They took so long to get back to any of my correspondence & booked me in with a 3 week wait, which I completely understood as they were busy at the time. They also couldn’t give me an exact quote, presumably because they needed to see the exact issues?

I was due to drive over 3 hours to get my car sorted, booked the day off work only to be cancelled on the morning of the repair. Again, I was completely understanding, the guy said he had injured his hand the day before & was unable to do any repairs & will let me know when he was well…
I just said these things happen & to let me know how long roughly it would be until he would be able to book my car in again, as it would delay the sale & I am still awaiting a response.
All round unprofessional experience.

I’ve since had my car sorted by a company in Waterlooville called Cartronix who’s customer service was absolutely superb! answered the phone instantly, booked me in straight away for a day & time that suited me perfectly, quoted me an exact price, which was more then reasonable with a lifetime guarantee. Drove down, the repair was done in 1 hour & there was even a Costa near by. 😁

Absolutely excellent service

Absolutely excellent service. Took may car to Total Tronics today to have the display on my Ford Fiesta repaired having been quoted £650.00 by my local dealership. Patryk was brilliant. I was attended to bang on my appointment time and the display was removed, repaired and refitted in less that 1/2hr. I saved nearly £500.00 compared to the dealership quote and also was given a lifetime guarantee for as long as I keep the car. Unbelievable.! Phil - Kingswinford - West Midlands

They have an attitude problem

This company seem to have an attitude problem. All I did was emailed asking if they could test my cluster. Apparently they don’t even test clusters which seems a bit odd when they’re actually advertising it on their website and the fact they “repair” them too🤦🏽‍♀️

Then there was sarcasm added... “The easiest way to test the cluster is to fit it into the car, unless you just bought a cluster and want to use it as a computer game display or something...?”

What has that last question got to do with anything, really disgusting way of talking to a potential customer. I don’t find this funny.

This company seems dodgy to me and as far as I’m concerned, do not deserve the custom. Don’t recommend.

Reply from totaltronics

Dear Laura, that was not sarcasm. What we do here is we repair faulty instrument clusters. Other "repair companies" claim they "test" and they charge a "testing fee". That is "odd" and unfair. We respect our customers and their time and we actually repair these clusters. We have never offered any testing services unless someone asked us to test the full functionality of the cluster as they want to use it for purposes other than in the car. For example- as we mentioned in earlier email- as an output device for a game console (racing games) or for learning purposes (electronics, repairs, CAN bus etc). The easiest way to test the instrument cluster is to fit it into the car and see if it works. We usually don't have access to the car so we have built many testing tools/procedures to test the instrument cluster after repair, before we send it back to the customer.
We kindly asked you to clarify what you need so we can help you.

Super fast, top quality

Sent my speedo on Wednesday afternoon, Patryk fixed it, sent it back and it was reinstalled by end of day on Friday. It works perfectly and I can't recommend Totaltronics highly enough.
