Great customer support!

I placed an order and never got it even though on PostNL it said delivered. I reached out to the customer service and honestly they were so supportive and eventually sent me a replacement!

I initially bought this as a “carry on”…

I initially bought this as a “carry on” addition to a long flight I’m taking this year. I wasn’t really expecting much, a case of “it’ll just be another bag” but actually, it’s become my everyday go to. It’s perfect for throwing over my back before I head out anywhere; it carries my headphones, wallet, book and mobile along with my lunch for work and inevitably I always swing by a shop on the way home to pick something up and it’s perfect for that too. As a guy, it looks great it’s not over fussy, it’s clean, classic design looks great with anything… it’s definitely coming on that long flight.

That was quite an experience!

I really have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the bag and the entire Tøte team.
I came to this conclusion based on the following facts:
My first order never arrived (DHL was the issue).
I then contacted customer support and was not only warmly welcomed but also taken seriously. I truly had the feeling that I mattered and that I wasn’t just being processed.
Of course, it took a little while—especially because of the holidays and the turn of the year—until my new bag from Tøte was delivered.
After several days of testing and pushing it to its limits, I can honestly say I’m very happy. I use it for university, sports, shopping, and in my free time—a true all-rounder. It’s comfortable to wear, the strap is wide enough so it doesn’t dig into my shoulder, and the built-in pockets are perfect for organizing all my belongings.
Sure, other bags/backpacks can do similar things, but certainly not with as much style and elegance as Tøte bags.
A huge thank you once again to the entire Tøte team, and especially to customer support. You’re amazing—please keep up the great work!

Good customer service

Bought three bags during Black Friday. The strap of my Siv bag however had been damaged after using it three times. Contacted support about this issue and after I denied a €5 repair refund they offered a full replacement of the bag. After 2 days I already received the new bag. Very happy with this solution. Would recommend buying here! Happy with my Tote and Siv bag now!

I love my Tote bag!…

I am very impressed with the quality and design of my Tote bag. It is made from heavy material with short handles but also, more importantly for me, a long strap which enables it to be worn across the body. It has useful internal pockets and easy to use press studs. A versatile bag for all uses. I love it!

I bought two bags during Black Friday…

I bought two bags during Black Friday because of the design and colors. One matched the description, but the other did not match the advertised color. Delivery also took 9 days instead of the promised 2–3 days, with no shipping updates, which was frustrating.

After contacting them, they acknowledged the issue and sent a replacement, although this also took 9 days to arrive. The delay seems to be related to their courier service.

That said, the ALTA | Khaki Green bag (for a gift) and the Burgundy Red TØTE Bag sent as compensation are beautiful and fully match the description. Customer service was kind, professional, and eventually offered a solution.

I really love the bags and their design, but I can’t give 5 stars due to the shipping delays and the initial mismatch between the product and the advertising. Customer service is excellent, but shipping and quality control should be improved.

Love my shoulder bag!

I love my shoulder bag! I’m wearing it every day. The look and feel of it is a five. The sense of quality and robustness might be a four. the first bag that arrived had a stitching error from production. But what really amazed me was Customer Service swiftness in response and action. within an hour I think from contacting them they had sent me a new bag without even asking for me to send the faulty one back. So I feel very well taken care of and I’ll be keeping an eye out for more products from tote because they’re doing great things design wise.

The product survived, the service didn’t

Ordered on Oct 24. Due to a PayPal address error, the shipment got stuck — DHL confirmed only the sender could act.
Multiple emails over several weeks were ignored or answered very late. A clear request on Dec 12 to ship immediately was only acted on Dec 19.
As a result, the bag arrived on Dec 23 and could not be used as a Christmas gift.

Only after escalation did TØTE acknowledge internal process failures and take responsibility.
Product seems fine, but customer service and communication were very disappointing.

1 Month Wait for "Priority" Delivery & Misleading Discounts

This is my first Trustpilot review, solely because of how poor this experience was. I placed an order on Nov 30th (Black Friday) and paid ~€10 extra for "fast priority delivery," expecting a 2-day turnaround. Instead, it took 31 days to arrive.

Communication was non-existent. I didn't get tracking info until Dec 27th, and support never replied to my emails. To top it off, the delivery was messy: one item came to my door, while the other was dumped at a pickup point because they claimed I "wasn't home", even though I was there receiving the first part of the order.

Finally, the pricing feels like a scam. I bought these during Black Friday thinking I was grabbing a deal, but checking the website now, the regular prices are actually lower than the "discounted" price I paid.
