I’ve purchased multiple items from Tote & Carry. Every purchase experience has been the best. My stuff always comes within a timely manner. It’s always packaged carefully. It’s always the best quality. I haven’t even had to contact customer care one time for an issue. Tote & Carry is my go to. I’ve even put my young adult sons onto them. If u need some travel gear, load up. And they’re always running sales!

I bought my husband the chocolate roller bag set as a birthday gift & he used on his birthday trip. He really loves the size of the roller bag & book bag. The only issue we had with the bag is, it's outside construction. It does not withstand cargo wear and tear. We were forced to check our bags and the bag was damaged in route. Unfortunately, we did not realize it until we got home. I would only recommend the roller bag for carry on travel only. I bought myself the black canvas bag with the gold studs. I was surprised that they held up during the travel. I would recommend the black canvas roller bad for both carry on and check in travel.

I absolutely love my pink set it goes with me every where! Perfect for a sleepover or to store my fashion show pieces. Thank you

Tote&Carry has horrible customer service. You spend your money on the product but when you have an issue with defective merchandise you hear crickets and can reach no one. They literally are AI responsive emails. The kind of money being spent should have a live person you can speak with. I sent my defective product back and have yet to hear from anyone. I will never buy from them again and I have spread the word to family and friends on their horrible customer service and their defective products.

I have been shopping with this company for 4 years. Im so disappointed in my last few sets. The quality is not the same. I had to send one of the backpacks back do to the lining completely coming out after 2 weeks. I will not longer be buying from this company.

These bags are outstanding. The quality is exceptional, and best of all they are vegan leather. No animals were harmed because I need a bag. I am not a vegan personally, but almost. I hate beef, pork, and anything unhealthy. So why add to the suffering by using animal byproducts in fashion? Man these bags are all that and more! Thank you!!!

My experience purchasing the bags was great. I loved the buy one get one free sale. I'm already planning to add to my collection. I loved how easy they were to pack and travel with. I just have to wipe the bags down after traveling to get marks off of them from baggage handling. But an airline person recognized the bookbag I was carrying and said..."ooo, I know that bag, I just tagged your luggage for your flight. They are beautiful bags."

They corrected a mistake that was on their end. It took a while for a response, but they did respond. And with the high quality they deliver in every delivery from the packaging to the actual product. Im a customer until further notice. That's how it should be! Thank you TotenCarry!

I was so excited to get this Sneaker Travel Bag—it looked amazing and felt like the perfect fit for my gym routine. The design is sleek, and the compartments are super convenient for my lifestyle.

Unfortunately, after less than a month of light use, one side of the shoulder strap completely tore off from the bag. I wasn’t carrying anything too heavy, so it was disappointing to see the stitching give out so quickly. Now it’s hard to carry comfortably, which defeats the purpose of such a cool and practical design.

I still love the overall look and idea behind this product—just wish the quality had matched the excitement I had when I first got it.

The shipping was super fast. I love my 2 piece. The first day of travel I got stopped multiple times about my fuchsia back pack and roller, The only thing I will say is that the zipper is a little tough to zip on the roller bag.

I received my items on time and am very pleased with each piece. I've only ordered clothing once and had to return the order because the sizes were apparently for children. I had a little back and forth in reaching someone to help me, but eventually I received a full refund. It was also disappointing not being able to purchase suitcase covers after hearing they were included with one of the other styles. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.

Very quick delivery and good quality products. I brought two purses and they were actually larger than their picture which was a pleasant surprise. I’m very pleased with my experience and will purchase from them again.

I have a collection of bags from totencarry. At this point they are my go to brand for whatever I want. I most recently purchased a black duffel bag from them and it was probably hands down my most favorite purchase. It was at reasonable price point for a leather bag. I’ve had issues before with my points not calculating correctly from my sales as well as some order issues, but all of those things were resolved relatively quickly and easily with great customer service. I recommend them to everyone on social media because they’re extremely affordable and have great quality products. My only concern or complaint will be the amount of text and or emails for marketing lol but I can fix that.

I have bought 9 items from Totencarry! I have not experienced anything bad from them. All the bags I have purchased everyone has enjoyed them

I love my Diamond Quilted Backpack! My order arrived when it was said to arrive.
I get compliments on my backpack and matching purse. I think I'm cute. :-)
