Ordered item online, received email stating price incorrect and it would cost 35 pounds more, cancelled that order.
Ordered another item and six days later not received or a reply to my many emails

We have never received the parcel we ordered and paid for.

Item was actually out of stock and not expected in until approximately 2 months after the order was placed. No mention or contact regarding this fact. The order was cancelled on my request.

Awful customer service. Ordered exercise bike snd they emailed saying it was priced up wrong by 20 quid. Awful service snd would not honour the price so I cancelled.

No product purchased due to it being unavailable with the manufacturer. However, I placed an order to be advised of this after completion. I was promptly contacted the same day and refunded. Very good customer service.

Order was cancelled because the stock status wasn't updated, but Bharath from customer service was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, will definitely use the website in future 👍

Next day delivery was far better than expected it was just a shame there was no communication saying the goods were being delivered.

Was unable to secure the required desk, due to manufacturing stock being low, but covered the costs for one of a slightly higher budget. This was then delivered within 3 days.

I wanted to buy a bioethanol fire which was advertised but not available

The item we ordered sadly was not in stock but I am giving 5 stars as the customer care team advised me very quickly and refunded my money immediately. I would try to order again from this company when the need arises.

I ordered a fireplace from them however as per other reviews they emailed to advise that they were struggling to get it from the manufacturer and suggested I select an alternative (either a different heater type or a completely different design) so I am now requesting a refund

The cat stand was so much more than we could've expected! It's so strong and sturdy, I was half expecting something quite thin lol could not be happier and will definitely be ordering more from you, our boy absolutely loves it!

I had an email the next day to say the item I have ordered they can't get from the manufacturer. So basically I've ordered an out if stock item. So I still can't review something I haven't received. I'm waiting in the waiting list for it.

Really good communication with seller. Lovely little fire fitted perfect in my fireplace. Although for decorative effect takes the chill off my room. Only downside, having no door makes it awkward to fill or remove the burner box. Overall very pleased.

This company is excellent. I ordered something and they said its out of stock, they offered refund or wait. I opted to wait then later asked for refund which was processed quickly. When item came back nine stock they notified me, I reordered and item was delivered next day. Great experience

Dire. Ordered an item. It was out of stock. They still took my money though, funnily enough. AVOID.

After finding the perfect product at the cheapest price around and purchasing it I was left 1 full week without communication and only when I emailed to ask where my product was did I receive a reply stating it was out of stock. I was given links to alternatives which was helpful but useless as they were the wrong products and am currently in the process of getting a refund.
Overall, cheap prices but no promise of delivery.
