This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
Totwoo provided me with a DHL tracking number (CJ405256675DE) for a separate package bound to Spain, yet over a month later, the tracking still shows “information not available” on DHL’s website. Either this package was never shipped, or Totwoo provided invalid or misleading tracking information.
Customer support has been vague, slow, and unhelpful, offering no real answers or proof that the package even exists. For a company selling sentimental couple gifts, their complete lack of urgency and accountability is honestly shocking.
This order was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift, and Totwoo’s incompetence and poor communication completely ruined the experience. No one should have to chase a company for weeks just to find out where their order is.
If you plan to order internationally, be warned:
• Tracking information may be useless
• Communication is unreliable
• Delivery timelines appear to be meaningless
Totwoo needs to seriously improve their logistics and customer service. Until then, I do not recommend this company at all.

Many problems overall.
1. Connection issues: Products would constantly disconnect and then not receive signals.
2. Power Consumption: Relatively new phone (Galaxy S25+). I would charge my phone overnight. 1 hour after disconnecting my phone from charger, and I'm at 40%. The app is constantly running and putting a HUGE drain on battery life.
3. After reporting the problem, they did send multiple solutions to try, however, none of them worked.
4. Stated I would like to return the product: the company stated they'll accept the return (because it was in the time frame window), but gave no real info on how to do it. I had to create the return ticket with FedEx, I had to pay shipping and handling (which isn't too bad), I had to find out where to send it, and I had to tell THEM when they received THEIR package so that I could get my money back. Very disorganized and just not a good experience. The product did look exactly like it shown in pictures however, and when it worked correctly, it worked correctly and was enjoyable. Overall, 2 outta 10.

Me and my boyfriend love sending messages while living in different countries at the moment. It works super well and easy. However my band broke which led to me losing my bracelet. This was my fault, but the support from Totwoo was great, the answered quickly and replaced it. This is super great!

I hate this bracelet. uncomfortable, impossible to put on yourself, without it constantly spinning to have the top on the bottom part of your wrist.
They chose a lobster claw clasp style, which is already sub par, but they face the lever INTO your wrist, so you are being poked at all times.
$65 for something I HATE wearing. I wish my gf had never bought them

Bought these for Christmas for myself and my audhd daughter. We struggled at first, however once reading from the company and others I checked that all settings were correct, including having the Bluetooth on 🤦🏼♀️.
My daughter has college anxiety which has been made worse over the years due to lack of understanding and accomodations not being made at school.
There is a point here...
I have stood back a bit more where I could at college to help everyone find their feet together. The Tot Woo bands have ensured we're together even when we're not.
This has been a game changer. She is in college every day and people ask her all the time what's lighting up "my mum's telling me she loves me".
This was a last minute present that I decided to push my budget for, now I cannot imagine life without us having one. Thank you so much.

It states that you must have the app running in the background consistently to stay connected. Unfortunately, since we both downloaded the app, our phones are draining power verify fast. That's not good for either of us.

Waste of money, can't pair the bracelets, don't work without Chinese app on phone. Very complicated to use. Even after downloading app, which is also complicated. Gave up with them. If known what was involved and that don't work, wouldn't have wasted money on them. I advise people to research before buying

So far this has been one of the worst companies ever to deal with for a return. I have put more time and money into jumping through all of the hoops they require and STILL do not have my money back. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this company.

I ordered something that clearly stated on the item that it would be shipped on or before the 12th of December. I ordered it on the 11th. As it was 8-12 days delivery I thought great it would arrive on time for Christmas. Now the 14th December, still not been shipped and after emailing asking if it had been shipped they said please allow 3-5 days to process order for shipping. Mind blown. False advertisement for the shipping. Now the same item says order now for shipping before or on the 16th December which obviously won't happen as they need 3-5 days. Absolute joke. Once I'd realized it hadn't been shipped I'd read reviews. Should have read the reviews before ordering as many people have had shipping issues. Was meant to be a Christmas present and now that's ruined.
