Having dithered over upgrading from my old Premium system for the last couple of years I finally bought a Strato V + 30TB Terra just last week. As you might imagine I was feeling slightly less pleased with myself when I woke up this morning to learn Kaleidescape had announced a new flagship model - the Strato K.

I must therefore give a big shout out to Keith Harris of TouchstoneAV for immediately securing Kaleidescape’s agreement to change to this new flagship model despite this bundle having already shipped!

Already impressed by the great deal Touchstone AV had secured for me in the first place - and for Keith’s patience and the way he made me feel there were no daft questions - I will be forever grateful to them for moving so swiftly this morning.

Very excited to be the proud owner of a new Strato K when the first batch arrives in the UK in July!

I first used Touchstone AV about 10 years ago to buy a Sony projector and the service was great. I've recently upgraded to an Epson EH-QB1000 and once again I was happy with the process. Keith was pleased to discuss my needs and went above and beyond to answer my questions. The pricing was very competitive. Hopefully, I won't need another projector for many years, but I will certainly use Touchstone AV again on my next purchase.

Being a very mature male and gradually feeling out of place in this modern world, I don't usually feel motivated to leave any feedback, where 'average' is usually the norm. However my recent experience dealing with Touchstone AV has changed all that by a refreshing approach to customer service. I cannot thank Keith Harris enough for his excellent service in dealing with my recent purchase, he was professional, polite and very understanding with some changes and issues with the courier. I cannot thank him enough for giving me an Old Fashioned approach to how to treat a customer...Keith is First Class. Looking for some new audio video equipment, want to be treated like a valued customer!!! Then you must make Keith and Touchstone AV your first port of call, you will not be disappointed.

I am a very demanding customer one item I ordered was returned and they dispatched quickly the second one customer service is at the highest level I cannot understand what the special offer on their website means but overall I am satisfied with my purchase and the service and it is difficult to please me but overall 5 stars no question ask

I have used touchstone AV previously and have been completely happy with the service and products they supplied. Now setting up a complete dedicated space for my new cinema I had no doubt as to where to go.
