I agree 100% bad !!! My order took 2 months to arrive...not at all what picture showed...extremely cheap...I'm highly disappointed!!! I have learned my lesson..not ordering from china or touget ever again !! Don't order anything

Made a purchase months ago .... have yet to recieve anything ! Waste of money! Dont walk ... run away!

Please please DO NOT purchase anything here!!!! Its been well over 2 months and my shipment has not come in yet. I have been emailing them for my money back and they constantly ignore my request! Horrible!!!! I will be letting Instagram know they r promoting garbage! STAY WAY!!!!!!

A cancelation is not possible in this shop and the quality is really bad! So don't buy anything here!

Ordered one of their products. It arrived 40 days later and it was full of defects like staines, faded colours and bad stitching and really bad material. After a two weeks back and forth, they finally agreed to send another(NO REFUNDS). Of course the one I ordered was not in stock anymore so I had to choose another. Had to pay an extra 5 USD and the dress i've received was of course not was advertised. The material, colours and transparency were totally different. Don't bother unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Ridiculous company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

firstly I made an order in June, it did not reach me till August 1st. I ordered them for an event on July 13th. I emailed them to cancel the order. That's when the fun began.

The degenerates who run the company don't seem to understand English At all. we went round and round in circles and they refused to actually answer the questions I asked. Them the goods arrived.

The quality of them is ridiculous. They look nothing like the pictures. There are pieces of cotton hanging off, the sizes are weird and they really look cheap and tacky. Also, for such poor quality goods the price is WAY too high. I'm furious. And there is no return details.

Please spread the word about how terrible this company is. They can't keep conning people like this.

Please PLEASE read these reviews and don't part with ANY money for this useless company.

They do not deliver what the advertise on their homepage. The product is sloppy made and the print on my t-shirt was really not acceptable. And when you ask for a refund, they offer you a 5 USD gift card. Really? I pay 25 USD for a product of bad quality, and they offer me the chance to go shopping here again? for 5 USD??

Get a grip. Do better products and product service. Really.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! Terrible in every way! The quality of the clothing is beyond poorly made with cheap materials. I sadly didn't do my homework before buying and all I can say now is what regret I have for not doing so. My order took several weeks and when it finally arrived the item is not fitting well, is poorly made and smelled terrible of must and/or chemical. Buyer be warned, STAY FAR AWAY from touget fashion!!!!
