I am a repeat customer, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tough Leads. Brilliant company with excellent products. This is our second 25 metre EV granny charger 13A weatherproof extension lead with in-line RCD. The first lasted over 3.5 years before someone left the cover open and it rained. I believe had that not happened we would have had many more years of use, and everyone is under strict instructions with this new one! Really high quality product from a wonderful company.

Product good and weorks exactly as required - I had hoped the connection would be more weathertight when the plug is inserted.
Overall good experience, would be good to get a tracking number for the parcel as this was not available

Purchased the extension lead with rcd and it didn’t disappoint. I’ve bought a few “heavy duty” leads from Amazon which burn out constantly. I found out about this company on YouTube after googling for a real heavy duty lead specifically for EV’s. Definitely does the job, no more hot plug or going to a charging machine.
Had a slight issue with the delivery company but tough leads were very quick to respond to my problem

Quality product, on time delivery.

Sent my order out super quickly - and then ignored all emails asking for help getting the lead to actually work. Ended up requesting a refund and that's also been ignored. I got the lead working in the end but only in one socket and you have to press reset every time to get it to work, but very disappointed. As a small business owner myself I wouldn't have a job if I just ignored my customers!

Saved my bacon! I am all here for family run businesses, and not the devil amazon!!!!

I will continue to get supplies for my electrical needs from this supplier.
