They're a scam. Charging people fraudulently and then using another company's phone number on their website so you can't call them to get a refund. If you get a charge from them that you didn't authorize, just dispute it.
After failing to make a reservation directly with United Airlines I was able to make it thru this website. Cost me $390 which I considered to be a ripoff and close to a fraud situation because on non-disclosure of relationship with the carrier. But I was tired and glad to get (2) seats on a fully loaded plane. So the money was well spent - but horribly expensive.
There was a error in my reservation somehow there were 2 reservations in one name instead of two. They charged me $150.00 to correct the reservation. I contacted Delta at 1-800-221-1212 and was told this is FRAUD as name changes via Delta.com customer service shouldve been FREE!!!! What a ripoff

worst company ever. 4 months still have not refunded me the money from canceled flight. tourexo.com charged more in compared to other operators. I have contacted many times to the company, no one cares no one responds. they just lie and hang up the phone. it's a fraud and scam company.
