Full marks for Shaun

We’ve just got back from Thailand, and I’ve got to say it was a proper good trip from start to finish.
Shaun looked after everything for us, always there when we needed him and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I’ve used a fair few travel companies over the years but he’s easily the best i’ve come across
you ask him something and he wont leave it untill it’s all sorted and your happy with it which makes a big difference, especially for an old lad like me. Takes all the worry out of it.
everything ran nice and smooth, no stress no fuss.. just how it should be really.
i’ve already told a few friends about tourhelp and i wouldnt think twice about using Shaun again

I got the outstanding service from…

I got the outstanding service from Chris, he replied promptly for my messages, didn't keep me waiting. I had to check the prices for several dates and he spared his time like an hour adding transfers, guided trips and price without the transfer, upgrading my hotel options, beach hotels and so on, I think he sent me like more than 7 quotes. He gave me the best options to match my price. I would say his best service made me book with Tour Help. I'll remember the agent and Tour Help for my next holiday.

Just returned from our wonderful…

Just returned from our wonderful exhausting time at Disneyland! Thank you Steve for creating a great trip for our family of six.
Explorers hotel was great and a good location (use the local shop 15 mins away for snacks as hotel quite expensive) breakfast was included so managed to eat plenty before the crazy day ahead, pool was so good,staff really friendly.
Our flights were good times from Bristol and back from France and we didn't loose any days by travelling. Our two park days were met with sunshine so made it all the better.
Our luggage allowance was incorrect as sold as 7kg but was only small hand luggage but luckily I checked this before flying.
I found some information took a long time to get to me like our flights which made me feel quite anxious and uncertain for some time..BUT Steve gave us what we asked for and at a good price, location and the best experience for my little family ❤️❤️ thank you

Clara was exceptional

Clara was fantastic! She went the extra mile to snag the perfect deal for a Disney trip that I’ve dreamt of taking my family on… when my receipt never materialised she ensured it was located and sent straight to me , it is so reassuring when you book on line with a company to stay so committed and in contact and responding immediately to any concerns or questions. Clara has been there every step of the way… I feel like I now have a friend going above and beyond rather than just an agent on line.. thank you Clara you have been phenomenal

Great experience with Shaun

Great experience with Shaun. They planned the holiday into details! They were always helpful and available other than a short period of time when the guy who was looking after us left the company. But then Shaun took control and all went smooth! We went to Iceland and the Northern Lights tour was unfortunately cancelled due to the weather conditions, Shaun was promptly there ready to help, requested a refund and booked us an alternative tour to the golden circle which we absolutely loved and made our holiday complete! I would recommend them. We are already looking into our next trip with Shaun!

They deserve NO STARS!

It is now 2026 and the worst trip of a lifetime was in July of 2025. My family members have not been compensated for their experience and neither have I!
When booking as soon as you make first payment make sure to receive your ATOL certificate and make sure the information is correct ( if its a multi package holiday/flights only/ hotel only/ ect...) of you do not receive an ATOL do not make any further payments!
I made my booking 2024 and didn't receive my ATOL until 14th July 2025 2 days before my so called HOLIDAY!
I received compensation for the STRESS caused from NOT receiving an ATOL when I was supposed to and also NOT receiving the correct ATOL Certificate it covered FLIGHTS ONLY when it was a MULTI PACKAGE! Imagine spending over £12,000 on a family holiday and NO guarantee for if the company go bust that you still have a holiday and you lose all that money!
The STRESS & TORMENT that I receive whilst I was ON HOLIDAY really affected my MENTAL WELLBEING, I couldn't relax on holiday, I was constantly CRYING, constantly WORRIED, and CONSTANTLY on the phone with this STUPID COMPANY about things that had been booked and confirmed from about September 2024. My family members have received no compensation for their experience and I have received no further compensation for the MENTAL STRESS & TORTURE I experience whilst on MY HOLIDAY.
We travelled to Sri Lanka & Maldives, 2 location in Sri Lanka. Every location we travelled to there was an ISSUE and we spent 3/4+ hours on the phone in a different country trying to sort things out from transport to accommodation. The only problems we didn't encounter was with our flights (Thank God!) But everything else from day 1 to our LAST day PROBLEMS onto of PROBLEMS!
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM AND DO NOT WRITE A REVIEW UNTIL YOUR TRIP IS TAKEN!!!

Let me address all the bulletpoints you soo willingwanted to highlight!
Your good will gesture of pizza was only offer after one of my travel companion requested it, you had us waiting in the hotel lobby that tourhelp had confirmed was booked for over 4hrs! We arrived in daylight and was not in a room until night time! And to add to that my travel companion requested 5 large pizzas and you only sent 4 claiming that the lead person already received compensation so was not entitled to the further goodwill gesture!
The acting promptly, would you call waiting at the airport for over 2hrs prompt or waiting in a hotel lobby for over 4hrs prompt or even my family member waiting around on her last night in Maldives saying there was no accommodation for her and she had to travel alone to another hotel prompt!
I think not! All these things should have been done & arranged before our travel!
The above and beyond for hotel check-ins and accommodation needs were meet, these things should have been done before we travelled I should not need to be consistently be contacting the company because of the errors they made INTENTIONALLY! I would not call doing YOUR JOB above and beyond!
The open lines of communication was the LEAST thr company could do considering ALL the ERRORS. As for NEVER IGNORING calls or messages I still have all the screenshots from our chats and sometimes messages would get ignored days on end and the calls we would have to countine to ring and ring and ring!
Lastly but not least! The cash compensation was the FIRST (and only) GOODWILL GESTURE offered and this was for the stress and aggro of having to constantly phone you for days on end, weeks before our travel to get a VALID ATOL CERTIFICATE and as stated this cash compensation was for the lead person of the booking because it was the stress of that person alone and if anyone in that booking had their own issues they would take it up with the company PERSONALLY. Which they are trying to do almost a year later and still NOTHING! And that is only because of how the holiday turned out.

DO NOT BOOK!!!

They still have not responded to an email I sent last year summer regarding my holiday in July 2025. But they have reported my review and said it was harmful and illegal.They don’t care about making you happy once they have received a full payment. Please don’t book they don’t keep you updated and they cancel your hotel and try and force you to go to another hotel while you are on holiday. Non stop calls when I arrived back and they kept telling me Adam is on annual leave and to leave an email. No response.

Great customer service from advisor

Great customer service from advisor, Aria Bennett. Very well organised and covers all aspects of my trip. I went to tour help to create my perfect honeymoon destination and this trip was completely customisable to everything we wanted to do on this trip. Very efficient communication over WhatsApp and to top it off amazing, affordable prices. I did a lot of research for Thailand and Aria offered me the most cost effective trip including everything I wanted to do there as well as planning my itiniery and transfers. Really happy with this service, as has made my honeymoon completely hassle free and I would highly recommend booking with this group. Thank you so much for all the help

Don't book. AVOID

Don't book. Cancelled my booking without explanation. Now not responding to emails, texts or calls. Said refund in 6-7 days but nothing. We were due to go to Disney paris with our large family in 3 weeks time, they hadn't booked our agreed flights so when I refused London flights(we're from Bristol and booked Bristol flights) they cancelled the whole booking. As I didn't want to disappoint 5 children we've booked elsewhere costing £1500 more so I need my money back. Will be taking legal action and going to the media. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
