We had a great day sailing choosing destination after the weather. The crew was superfriendly and competent as well as great cooks. The lunch was superb. We sailed, swam in the warm water, ate and relaxed for a full day. Would do it again and highly recommend the trip.
The travel agency also performed perfectly. Quick responses and very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I wanted to travel all the way around the island of Sicily over two weeks in May 2023 but we wanted to relax and enjoy our vacation without dealing with rental cars, parking or navigating the island. I reached out to Valeria Gulotta at Tour of Sicily and they customized our trip with competitively private car hires and drivers who also acted as guides in every major city and attraction from Palermo, to Marsala, Agrigento, Modica, Ragusa, Siracusa, Taormina, and the Godfather Tour is Savoca. They managed every detail include each city transfer, fantastic boutique hotel accommodations, a trip up Mount Aetna, and the Gambino Vineyard. They have Impeccable attention to detail and even helped us transfer to the Port of Milazzo for our DIY second week in the Aeolian Island of Lipari. When we encountered weather on the island of Lipari Valeria's colleague Michela ensured we would have a place to stay and that every detail of our trip went smoothly on the ground when we arrived. Awesome experience! Our thanks to Valeria and Michela. Highly recommend Tour of Sicily if you have big plans or smaller ones for your time in Sicily. They are awesome!

What a great tour - Agrigento, Valley of the Temples and Villa Romana del Casale.

We are impressed with Tours of Sicily. We had been looking forward to this tour, in fact, this was a highlight for our stay in Palermo. On the day, there was a hiccup with our booking...oh no. However, no need to worry, Tours of Sicily sorted it out immediately and we had a first-class tour. We enjoyed the sites so much, I am still in awe. The journey was long, but, comfortable and interesting with different landscapes and agriculture along the way. Our driver helped the miles fly by - answering our questions and discussing modern Sicilian history, economics and Italian politics, in a manner we could understand. What a great day! The tour was absolutely fantastic! I did it with my cousin, We are both turning 75 this spring & summer and wanted to see where our Grandparents came from. The details that our guides provided exceeded our expectations. We actually found the Church that our Grandfather was Baptized in, in 1892! We also visited a village that has our surname!! Each day exceeded the day before, Mt Aetna was fantastic. Gambino Winery was stupendous! The mountains, the seaside, meeting distant cousins and visiting with cousins in their home. Didn't want to leave, Can't wait to go back. Valeria and her staff at Tour of Sicily set a high standard that other tour companies will find hard to equal! The food, the mountains, the people. What more could you ask for!! Ciao Bella!

Valy and her team co-ordinated the most amazing two week private tour of Sicily for my husband and me (Sydney, Australia). We cannot thank them enough for making our visit so wonderful and for taking such great care of us, ensuring we would love beautiful Sicily. We will definitely return and definitely recommend tours of Sicily to anyone wanting a great tour of Sicily!! Valy worked with me in the months prior to our travels to co-ordinate an itinerary that was tailored to our interests (sea, seafood, the occasional cycling tour and a few days of R&R). Arriving into Catania we were welcomed at the airport by our Tour of Sicily driver and transported to beautiful Ortigia. From there we did a few day trips to Noto, Regusa and Marzamemi, then traveled to Agrigento, Castellammare de Golfo, Palermo, Chefalu, Salina, Taromena and finishing up in St Venerea (where my grandparents migrated from). The Tour of Sicily team on the ground were magnificent, all the drivers and guides were so friendly knowledgeable and hospitable - they made our experience one to remember fondly, particularly Michele, our driver who was with us for three days. Money well spent and memories of amazing places and people that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend Tour of Sicily

Valy and her team are amazing. We booked a 9 day tour across Sicily and had the best time of our lives. Started in Palermo and ended in Catania. The drivers were friendly, the hotels were awesome and the restaurants they chose were the best. Valy also helped me plan my proposal to my now fiancée in Sicily at the church my grandparents were married in. They had roses and champagne waiting for us after she said yes. It was perfect. The owner of the company even showed up personally to the church to make sure everything was set up and ready to go. Next time we visit Sicily and Italy we are def. Going to use Tour of Sicily.

The staff at Tour of Sicily did an excellent job for our tour from Palermo to Taormina. My group of 6 seasoned travelers could not have been more pleased. Tour of Sicily customized our tour to include visits to the two villages of my grandparents birth. What a joy! The hotels provided were very good and included breakfasts. The local tour guides that were selected were very knowledgeable, pleasant and flexible. Having professional guides for such a small group made the daily tours special. Another thing that made our trip special were the drivers. We had three different drivers and each one was excellent! The drivers added to the travel experience based on their local knowledge and love of Sicily. On one occasion when we were required to call the Tour of Sicily's emergency number I received an immediate response and the problem was solved. I highly recommend tour of Sicily to family and friends.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Tour of Sicily. We just returned from our trip and have nothing but positive things to say. We worked with them to design a custom, private (2 person), 9-day tour around the island of Sicily. Palermo -> Segesta -> Erice -> Marsala -> Agrigento -> Piazza Armenia -> Syracuse -> Ragusa -> Modica -> Taormina.

This was our first visit to Sicily, neither of us speak Italian. The company was responsive and very patient with our frequent questions prior to the trip. They generated a clear itinerary and provided multiple recommendations to adjust the tour to fit the type of experience we were looking for.

The hotels they booked for us were all fantastic – clean, attentive staff, nice amenities, safe neighborhoods, exceptional breakfasts. The drivers they booked were professional, punctual, welcoming, and were eager to share their love for their homeland with us. This personal experience was really a highlight of our visit. The tour guides they arranged for us at specific destinations were also very knowledgeable - special call out to Lorenzo (Valley of Temples) and Daniella (Palermo walking tour) – both made those sites extra special.

We’ve visited Europe 4-5 times previously and this was the smoothest running tour we have attended to date. I have only positive memories to share. In total, it was a perfect vacation, and my wife and I hope to return to Sicily again soon. I highly recommend this company.
