First of all, the agent Arpit does not appear to have a proper office setup or clear business details. Communication is mostly through WhatsApp/Instagram, and different addresses are mentioned across platforms, which raises serious concerns. The Google Maps location also seems inaccurate.
Before booking, he speaks very convincingly and offers low prices. After payment, the behavior changes and refund issues start. Many customers seem to report similar experiences.
Please check platforms like MouthShut and Trustpilot, and verify all details carefully before booking. If you still proceed, make sure to collect proper ID proof, office details, and written policies.

A family’s complete experience — December 2024 to April 2026
How it started — December 2024:
We approached Tourscave in December 2024 to plan a Singapore + Royal Caribbean cruise package to celebrate our child’s first birthday in February 2025. We paid ₹50,000 as advance. The agent (Arpit) never provided a legitimate cruise booking reference. When we asked, he claimed Royal Caribbean only releases confirmation numbers after full payment — a policy we later found highly suspicious.
In early January 2025, the HMPV virus was spreading widely. As parents of an infant, we made the responsible decision not to travel internationally with our baby. We informed Tourscave and requested our ₹50,000 back. The agent refused outright.Instead, he unilaterally converted our money into a “credit note.”
He held ₹50,000 of our money for nearly one full year.
We returned in good faith — December 2025:
In December 2025, trusting him with our credit, we approached Tourscave again. This time we asked for something far simpler — a basic Singapore city tour only. No cruise. Just a city visit for our family of three. We paid an additional amount bringing the total to ₹1,20,000.
Warning from his own vendor — Chennai visa agent:
When we went to the Singapore visa processing office in Chennai — arranged by Tourscave himself — the visa agent there directly warned us: “This guy is a cheating person. I don’t know how you are going to travel.”
No genuine bookings made:
Despite full payment, no legitimate hotel confirmation was ever provided. When we independently contacted Hotel Boss Singapore using the confirmation number Tourscave gave us — the hotel had no record of booking !!!!
One day before our departure, our infant was hospitalized with high fever. We submitted the doctor’s certificate immediately. Tourscave responded with a formal email acknowledging the medical emergency and committing in writing to the following:
∙ Total paid: ₹1,20,000
∙ Visa charges (claimed non-refundable): ₹15,000
∙ Credit note: ₹50,000
∙ Refundable amount: ₹55,000 — to be processed within 14–17 working days
This written commitment is now over 3 months old. Not a single rupee has been paid.
3 months of broken promises:
After the written refund commitment, we received the following excuses on repeat across three WhatsApp numbers (as he progressively blocked us): “supplier delay,” “Singapore team update pending,” “year-end closing,” “bank holiday,” “by EOD,” “by Tuesday,” “by this weekend,” “by Monday,” “in 30 minutes,” “I’m driving,” “I’m in Kashmir,” “I’m in a meeting” — at least 20+ broken commitments documented in chat.
As of April 2, 2026 — our primary number has been blocked. Zero refund received.
Documented abuse toward our family:
∙ Told my wife to “shut up” “fraud”
∙ Said “come if you have guts” when we mentioned legal action
∙ Said “let me see your real face also”
∙ Called my wife “fake” and threatened her with a legal notice for posting honest reviews— after holding our money for 16 months
∙ Responded to my wife’s audio of our crying baby with more empty promises
∙ Told us “I’m not here to listen to your personal challenges” when we explained our child was ill
Additional fraud attempt:
After my wife posted honest reviews out of desperation, scammers impersonating Tourscave contacted her through a fake email and attempted a cardless ATM fraud. She narrowly escaped losing an additional ₹20,000. This is a known predatory pattern targeting victims of travel fraud.
Do not give Tourscave a single rupee. They will take your money, hold it for as long as they can, deliver nothing, and abuse you when you ask for it back. This is not a travel company. This is a fraud operation.

Tourscave.in refusal to issue a refund after providing an unreliable service for a tour package I had booked. I paid ₹5,000 to Tourscave.in as part of a package and received what appeared to be a hotel confirmation. However, when I contacted the hotel (Centara Pattaya) directly, I was informed that there was no booking under my name.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the agency assured me that one of the hotels would confirm my reservation within 48 hours, which they did. However, the other hotel remains unconfirmed, and the agency has now stated that this booking will only be confirmed 72 hours prior to check-in. This inconsistent and last-minute process has completely eroded my trust in their ability to fulfill the services they promised.
I requested a refund due to the lack of reliability and transparency in the service, but Tourscave.in has refused. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and financial strain, especially given their “no refund on cancellation” policy, which seems unreasonable given the circumstances.
I am seeking a full refund of the amount paid due to their failure to provide the service as advertised.
Reply: You did not connect me with the hotel directly; instead, you connected me with your third-party booking provider, TBO.COM. They explicitly stated in their email that Centara Pattaya Hotel will only confirm the booking 72 hours before the check-in date. However, your initial communication indicated that the hotel booking was confirmed, which raises questions about trust and transparency.
I personally reached out to Centara Pattaya Hotel, and they have not confirmed the booking even after 48 hours. Let’s assume I trust your process and proceed with my travel plans. What happens if the hotel denies my booking when I reach Thailand? What will you do in that situation? Considering you are refusing to refund even ₹5,000 despite not meeting your commitment, how can I trust you will resolve the issue after I arrive in Thailand?
It appears your approach is designed to avoid accountability. Setting up a website, stating a "no-refund" policy, collecting upfront payments, failing to provide the promised service, and then hiding behind the refund policy seems unethical.
Additionally, if you argue that this is the hotel’s policy, I’ve already sent you confirmation emails from other agencies that successfully booked the same hotel. How do you justify this discrepancy?

1.The worst company i ever saw.ARPIT a big cheater we paid 2.2lakhs to his wife(Neha bhatt) account for the Dubai after payment he didn’t answered the calls for many days .
2. Just a day before of trip my team called arpit and Neha bhatt more than 200 times then he booked my trip for 2 days.
3. Actually my trip was for 5 days but he only booked only for 2 days after 2 days he cheated us in the middle of the trip in dubai
4. We called Neha bhatt and Arpit many times they didn’t answer the calls due to them we suffered a lot and we left without hotel room and package.
