Just ordered a table from TOV and needed customer support to help with long distance delivery. I was helped promptly by Mark who brainstormed all kinds of ways to process my order and long distance shipping costs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to receiving my new table and already have my eye on more items!

I had a wonderful experience with Tov and Mark. Mark was extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was handled smoothly, and went above and beyond to assist me.

I truly appreciate his patience, great customer service, and willingness to help. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would definitely recommend Tov Furniture and Mark to anyone looking for excellent service!

I heard about Tov from my hair stylist/friend who designed her new salon 100% with Tov furniture. I obviously trust her with my life, so I ordered Tov for the pilates studio I’m opening. 10/10 experience from start to finish. Tov gives you a luxurious and high end vibe, for such a reasonable price. Mark from sales responded to emails quickly and was so helpful. Can’t wait to order more from Tov!

Please think twice before buying from this company. They delivered the wrong sofa, and instead of fixing the problem, they tried to convince me to keep it with a discount. Their customer service has been extremely poor, and they are holding my money instead of processing my refund promptly. I have already wasted almost a month dealing with this issue. I have never experienced customer service like this. Very disappointing, and I do not recommend this company.

I recently purchased the Dex Brown Leopard Jacquard Ottoman. It’s unique, beautifully made and was packaged with care. It compliments my decor and I will enjoy it for years to come. A huge shout-out to Erwin, who provided the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a while. Overall, a great experience!

Stephanie-the customer service rep that I dealt with-is amazing. When a service rep says “I’ll call you back”, one tends to think, “yeah, right.” Well, she has, several times as she has taken the lead on troubleshooting a delivery issue (on me -not TOV). It’s been a breath of fresh air to deal with such a professional, friendly and pro active customer service agent. I will definitely purchase more from TOV based on my interactions with Stephanie and her supervisor Chloe!

My coffee table was on back order and then it went on sale and I emailed them to ask if they would honor the sale price and they did. Sent a confirming email and had the funds within a day. Was impressed.

Customer service is excellent. Everyone is patient and understanding. All questions answered.

TOV Furniture has somehow confused being impossible to obtain with being exclusive.

I ordered stools in August after TOV assured me they would arrive in early November, specifically in time for me to host the holidays. November came and went. The holidays came and went. Then came six months of shifting dates, empty promises, and excuses. The stools never arrived.

I also paid separately for “white-glove delivery” on another credit card, which they refused to refund. No furniture. No delivery. Yet somehow they still felt entitled to keep the delivery fee. Absolutely shameless.

Customer service was atrocious. After months of failing to fulfill my order and repeatedly giving me information that proved false, they could barely be bothered. No urgency, no accountability, and certainly no concern that they had been holding a customer's money while delivering absolutely nothing.

And after all of that, I started noticing TOV chairs in restaurants and finally saw the quality in person. Cheap. Mass-produced. The online styling and photography are doing an enormous amount of work. This is not elevated furniture. IKEA deserves more respect because at least IKEA is honest about what it sells, prices accordingly, and can actually get it to your house.

Do not give TOV your money. The pretty photos are a facade for cheap furniture, disgraceful customer service, and a company perfectly comfortable stringing customers along for months. Believe the bad reviews. I wish I had. TOV deserves your distrust, not your business.

I absolutely love my coffee table from TOV Furniture! Part of the table initially arrived broken, but I contacted the company, and they responded within 24 hours. They arranged to have the damaged base picked up and sent me a replacement within just a few days!

Charisse, the customer service representative who assisted me, was wonderful—they were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process feel very easy. I am so impressed by how quickly and professionally the team resolved the issue. The replacement arrived safely and looks beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this company based on both the quality of the table and their outstanding customer service!! Thank you so much!!

We ordered the same exact side table from TOV to expand our furniture collection.

Unfortunately, hidden in a bottom tab and not at all displayed in a way that would make them seem transparent with their clients, there is a disclaimer that says the measurements of the items can be 'up to two inches difference' which is ridiculous for when a vendor needs to add additional furniture to their existing inventory.

I’m very pleased with my TOV experience. After admiring vibrant green chairs at a local business, I learned they were from TOV, looked them up, and made my first—and certainly not last—purchase.

TOV’s inventory suits every interior style. I loved many pieces but chose the Bristol Park bed and Scarlett Grey Ottoman. Stephanie, my TOV representative, provided excellent service from purchase to delivery, patiently answering my questions and putting me at ease. As a result of the bed being on back order, it some time to arrive, which allowed me to exchange the ottoman for the beautiful Havanna Blue coffee table. It worked in my favor. It was worth the wait.

They send me wrong manufactured sofa and they offer me 350$ to keep that as is.When I call them they told me that they can replace it for me.When I told them okay let’s replace it they told me that I have to pay for the delivery and put the wrong sofa back to downstairs.I already pay someone else to put that sofa there on the first place and I told them that I cannot pay again someone to move the wrong sofa back to downstairs and put the replacement sofa back downstairs.They told me that they cannot provide me anything bc of my inconvenience.Awful Aftercare team Lead(Her name was: Salena)She doesn’t want to help.I have 3 living room and all of them are from Tov furniture before this happen I loved Tov but after all that inconvience and they are not helping me and they are trying to get more money it’s a thievery.She told me that she cannot help me because I already accept that on terms and conditions.Awful and unprofessional also when I told her that I want to talk with someone further that her she keep me me different answers and she keep cutting my answer.When she finish talking I start taking and she kept cutting my sentence when I told her please don’t cut my sentence she told me ‘you were keep cutting my sentence’.Tov Furniture I have all the recording and evidence I can provide anything you want.I try to not write a bad review but she wanted that.

spoke with customer service team about the delivery of my marble stone table with the representative Mark he was very pleasant and told me from detail how my delivery would come about and how he would text me or call me when that process would happen. i didn’t receive my product yet but i’m sure by the review s its going to be absolutely beautiful. this is my first time dealing with this company . thank you Mark

The furniture people were great. They lifted up two flights of stairs put it in my bedroom and look immaculate. The dresses look so beautiful. I recommend people to buy your furniture and they delivery service is great. My daughters are so happy. They have the beautiful new dresses.

Customer service was incredible from the shopping experience itself (they went out and took pictures of a few tables for me), through shipping (many comms) to the white glove service who hauled 500lbs of table up two flights and assembled all in 30 mins! On a Saturday! Table is beautiful and a tremendous value (same table selling for $1000’s more elsewhere). Will definitely be buying through TOV again!

I ordered some very expensive coffee tables, which arrived in the best packaging I have ever seen in my life. The packaging was not damaged at all unfortunately, the marble top of the large table has three horizontal scratches on it, running across the vein of the marble.
No way I’m packing this back up and sending it back in. The scratches obviously occurred either before packing or while they were packing.

Awful experience. Received stools that were much too narrow for an Average person to fit in properly. My designer had said TOV takes full returns because that was her experience 6 months prior. Apparently they don’t any longer…they take 20% restocking fee, charge you for shipping and only provide store credit. Complete and utter rip off…they clearly can’t stand behind their products. Stay away!! While they made an exception for me after many emails and phone calls, they still charged $450 for a $1200 product. Extremely disappointed and I will make sure I provide this feedback to as many customers that are out their.
