It’s the worst customer service and the bad quality and looking they like when they said that they will return they don’t accept any return all the time they try to find any reason to say no we cannot accept it. They didn’t allowed you to cancel if you are canceled they gonna get fee for that for any of the reason and I never ever gonna buy from this company again they try just to get your money for any of the reason they don’t care about the customer

Great help, super quick

I’ve had a great experience with TOV, largely thanks to their customer service—specifically Miko. I previously ordered a dresser from TOV that I absolutely love and found to be great quality, which is what led me to order a couch as well.

I initially purchased the couch with white glove delivery, but later decided to order an additional piece to attach to it. Since it was a separate order, it wasn’t automatically eligible for white glove delivery. I reached out to customer service and was lucky enough to get Miko, who walked me through the entire process and was able to consolidate the orders and override the system.

I’m big on customer service, and Miko truly went above and beyond to make things seamless and stress-free. Because of that experience—and the quality of the furniture—I’d definitely recommend TOV.

I've had the BEST experience working with Latoya! She's extremely knowledgeable, knows her products, patient, helpful, gets back to you right away, checks on you during the whole process of purchasing your furniture, even after it's delivered to make sure her customer is fully satisfied! She literally helped us choose every piece of furniture for our entire house and we love it. Latoya is literally just AMAZING at what she's doing.

I worked briefly with this company creating images for their website. After the work was delivered, they stopped responding and never paid for the services provided.

Very unprofessional behavior and poor communication. I would not recommend working with them.

We placed an order on Dec 2. They kept delaying the shipping and processing until EVERY item we ordered comes in. Because their website claims 2-3 weeks it’s “once shipped” and after “every item comes in”. So they delayed shipping until 1 item on “back order” came in.

Savee was amazing. She answered my questions correctly and promptly and gave me her direct line to follow up. She also followed up with me at the specified time. I don’t think I have ever received such quick and efficient customer service from any company! Super duper happy with Savee!!!!

Buyer beware. After completing my order and card fully charged TOV is charging me an additional $330 for shipping per part of order (1 item ships late due to back order).

I had purchased a couch from tov and then i saw it had gone down further in sale. my order was not yet delivered so they honored the pric match which made a huge difference for me. this is my fourth item from tov and i am so happy with them!!!

We had a special situation with a deadline that required a lot of back and forth and last minute changes and I would just like to say THANK GOD for Savee, who was our contact throughout all of this. She was so, so, so helpful, so kind and I felt like she genuinely cared about providing the best service she could. She took what could have been a super stressful situation (for me) and made it an excellent experience. If I could give 10 stars I would, just for Savee alone. I am 10x more likely to order from TOV Furniture now that I know that if I had questions or needed something, they'd go above and beyond with their customer service. They were flexible, fast and understanding.

We had an issue with the item due to shipping, and Tov suggested several options, one of which ended up working out fine. Satisfied with the experience and Mariela, our customer service contact in particular.

I ordered a table from this company over 3 weeks ago and it’s honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a purchase. Before placing my order, I called to confirm that using stairs wouldn’t be an issue. The agent assured me it was included in the White Glove delivery service. They use a third-party delivery company with awful availability, and when delivery day finally came, the team couldn’t bring the table up because it didn’t fit in the elevator. It’s a 10-foot table, you’d think someone would’ve had the common sense to plan for that. Now they’re telling me I have to pay an extra $200 for additional manpower and wait another 10 days to get it delivered. That’s over three weeks past the original timeline, which is completely unacceptable. At this point, I don’t even want the table anymore, but returning it would cost even more because they charge a 20% restocking fee plus return delivery fees. The whole process has been a nightmare from start to finish.

Horrible quality, comparable to low-tier Wayfair or Amazon products. This does not warrant a premium price point. For a young brand, your lack of accountability and poor customer service is deeply disappointing. I purchased a $1,100 chair that broke after limited use, and your team offered no refund, replacement, or meaningful assistance. This is how brands destroy their reputation — I wouldn’t expect this one to last long if this continues.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company! Their customer service policies and processes are horrible. They sent me a defective product and when I tried to get two new screws from them, which were clearly identified and the only screws that came with the product, they made me fill out a form, email back-and-forth with them five times, send them a photo, and then send a video of me trying to screw the screw in, which was impossible to do given that I live alone and I needed both hands to screw the screw.

I made the mistake of buying counter stools from them at the suggestion of my interior designer. The cushions for them are horrendously ugly, do not look like the website photo, extend far beyond the seat of the chair, and have no ties and no way to adhere to the chair so they fall off constantly When I inquired about returning the product, you have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus they can’t tell you what the shipping fee is going to be for five days, essentially encouraging you to keep the product because it’s more expensive to send it back. In addition, shortly after purchasing the items, they went on sale. In lieu of returning the defective product they gave me, I asked if they would honor the new sale price by giving me a price adjustment and they said no.

I wrote to their customer service and told them of my dissatisfaction and that I had to go to Home Depot to buy a screw myself because it was easier than dealing with their “customer service“ department and they said while they appreciate my feedback, they will continue to demand photos and videos from all customers.

Kianna went above and beyond helping me with my order. She was incredibly kind, patient, and proactive every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who truly embodies everything you hope for in customer service knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I’m so grateful for her support and would highly recommend TOV!
