Bad service, bad attitude, costly mistake
To get a quote enter your reg number.What could go wrong? Your quote arrives, you agree and book a date and a time for fitting. Then the fitter arrives.He can't fit as he has the wrong tow-bar. He wasn't aware it was to be put on a motorhome.Surely due diligence by the company would involve them doing a quick check with the DVLA? No. The fitter said it happens a lot and he left. We were then left with no tow bar and when it came to a refund they deducted £55 from our payment because they turned up.We did actually write on the order form that it was a motorhome but he clearly did not read it. It did not say anywhere on their website that we should phone if the vehicle was a motorhome though, guess what, they have now changed their website. Terrible customer service and really bad attitude. Any sympathy I may have had for their mistake has evaporated and I'm just out of pocket and, of course, if you're happy you tell one or two people but if you are not you tell everyone!
