I’d just like to say that I can’t recommend Tower Cabs highly enough.
I had an issue on a Tuesday evening which caused me to come across two ladies who work in the office.
One with black hair and glasses was particularly helpful and the other with red hair, who politely and successfully resolved my predicament.
I can’t praise their demeanour highly enough and I am eternally grateful to them both.
I hope my comments are seen by the hierarchy at Tower Cabs as these two women are a credit to the company.

I always use tower cabs for the last 10 years but today the taxi driver rushed off my phone was left in the car we was making loads loads of phonecalls to try get the driver to meet us to get our missing phone back the female obnoxious staff was the worse people we ever seen in the office they was making threats and removing us from the biulding into the cold we told them we will ring the police you not rude aggressive women who was total bicthes....

ive worked with my good friend in HM Armed british forces who the hell do these women think they are to discriminate a Veteran served his time like me we told our familys and his familys we will never use this company if there like this being: Obnoxious describes someone or something that is extremely unpleasant, offensive, rude, or highly disagreeable, often causing disgust or annoyance. It goes beyond simple annoyance, indicating behavior that is consistently grating or repulsive, such as loud, arrogant, or disrespectful actions.

all our familys was informed our children was threathened by female staff who was more than rude they was aggressive people what a disgraceful women there just like serious criminals all his family will stay away from this disgusting female people they all should be sacked for threathening people who are proper decent working people stay away from tower cabs people of plymouth...

They appear to book you in and tell you they can collect you at requested time even though they can’t. I have been messed around by this company on multiple occasions. Only ever use them when other taxi companies have no availability. But after another drama today, I would rather just do the 40 minute walk to work next time. Would highly recommend using easy cars instead.

I order a taxi at 17.03 today Saturday and order a taxi for 18.45 at Sansburys mash mills plymouth .i was told it be ok for this time .i did say I doing my shopping .and just going to head to Sansburys.i was told it be there for that .time .i did my Xmas shopping with meat turkey crown and other fresh meat ..at 18.55 no taxi .i got to chat with call control at tower cabs to be told they real busy .and have no taxis and don’t know when it get to me .i explained I have all my Christmas meat Turkey crown and other.the call handling my call said it be around 10 min .after 1807 I gave tower cabs 1 more call to say they have no taxis and it’s so busy can’t give me a time for the taxi . I said this is 7th time the taxi not turning up on time .the call handling my late taxi said there nothing I can do nothing to do with me .we can’t never a guarantee on time .a taxi or a pick up. we so busy ..this is real bad service bad customer service .and tower cabs gone down hill .they said I can’t give you a time you get your taxi .could be soon or later once we have a taxi ready to pick up up . This is so bad .i had to ask one of the bosses at Sansburys if I could take the shopping trolley home .there understanding was first class .i had to walk home a trolley full of shopping be for my meet for Christmas went off .over 45.00 and other dairy food .in the bad weather conditions full wind and rain . The guy at tower cabs handling my call repeatedly said it not my doing o don’t know when you get pick. .when we order a service and told it be there at 18.45 give or take 5 to 10 minutes late not bad .but to know my taxi was for 18.45 the say can’t give you a time real bad .no wonder many don’t use tower cabs now days .on such bad service and having two taxi not turn up at all and 5 near 45 minutes to two hours late wrong .the guy dealing with me on the phone was not helpful at all .and to don’t know what time it get to me bad .what tower cabs have to say more so when their staff sad said not our doing taxi not turned up .

They left us stranded! I broke my knee two days before my daughter's 21st birthday. I booked a high tea on the Barbican. After the tea had finished it was pouring with rain and it was too dangerous to try and use my crutches to get to the bus stops. I ordered a taxi from Tower Cabs and they said it would be 20 minutes. 1.5 hours later, it had still not come and we were soaking wet and I was in severe pain from not being able to sit down. I had to call a friend as it was an emergency at that point. I cancelled just as the cab finally turned up! Never ever use these cowboys!

Absolutely appalling service. Pre booked a number of taxis to take my family to a wedding. Made several phone calls to to confirm bookings etc, right up to an hour before the required timings. AND THEY STILL LET US DOWN.
ABSOLUTELY SHITE SERVICE WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
Never trust these idiots to get you anywhere on time. And when they did bother to turn up they overcharged us.

Absolutely abysmal performance. Rang for a cab at 3pm, message arrived to say taxi will be there at 3.10, two phone calls later and a load of lies from the company the taxi still hadn’t arrived. Then I got another message to say the taxi was 1 minute away, ten minutes later and 45 minutes after I had booked the cab it arrived.!
Disgraceful, I wish they were honest from the outset.!
Be very mindful of this company.

Total Rubbish of a Cab Company i scheduled a Trip hours before and after the scheduled time of Trip- No drivers are still assigned causing me to miss my Health Assestment.

Avoid using this Cab Company completely totally Unreliable Service.

The taxis ordered arrived punctually and the drivers are very polite. Tower Cabs have to be the best taxi company in Plymouth.

I left some property in a taxi, the driver Tony reg 158 said he had mu property would bring it in the office next day I offered to pay him several times it has not stolen by either the ppl who work in the office or said taxi driver. They were rude and have blatantly just stole my property

I pre-booked taxis to and from an event at the National Marine Aquarium, using the app. Both were bang on time with friendly, helpful drivers. Loved that the app told me they were on the way and showed the car coming towards us. Definitely using again. 🙂

Driver was cheerful and helpful. I use Tower cabs for the majority of my journeys nowadays. Sure, there is the odd grumpy driver, but we all have our off days! The people answering the phone are polite. Thank you Towers Cabs, merry Christmas.l

I booked a taxi in advance by a few days , for 04:40 for a 05:24 train . It was a 10 minute journey to the train station . Driver was 10 mins late and explained that he had just started his shift . No apology . I was supposed to have my 94 year old mum in law with me , who cannot be rushed, but she was hospitalised so couldn’t make the journey . If she had, I would have been even more stressed than I already was.

The taxi driver sent a text on his arrival, was I glad to get out of the cold wind. His driving skills were immaculate, he was very curteous and helpful. A gold star man in my estimation.

Dreadful. I was just picked up by a driver who curbed the car. Then on the way home he was constantly breaking and accelerating. He was all over the place. I wondered if he even had a licence. In and out of lanes. In the end I said stop as he was dangerous. He then called me a smart ass and swore at me. AVOID THEM

Went to the wrong house number, had to walk my 79 year mother and 85 year old Aunt up the road, to be met by a bit of a rude driver who blamed the office for getting the house number wrong.

Excellent service today. Both drivers were friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend
