I emailed Tower Forensics with a query that involved transferring texts from an old phone to a new one and the difficulties I was having in doing so.
Within 10 minutes or so of sending my email, Dan from Tower Forensics phoned me and fully explained the best course of action to take. I am not technically minded but Dan told me what needed to be done and where texts etc would be stored on the old phone. It was a relief to learn that the texts are not lost as I thought they had been. The texts are very sentimental to my wife and thought they had gone forever.
Because of Dan's very prompt and informative response I would have no hesitation to contact him again if I needed further help.
And if the above isn't a good enough endorsement to use this company there was no charge for his advice. This experience today restores my faith in the kindness of people.

The cell cite analysis that Darryl Jones did on one of our cases where the client was potentially facing a lengthy custodial sentence if convicted was without doubt one of the leading reasons for her acquittal. Darryl was a compelling expert witness, one who was able to explain complex data to allow the jury to understand it and show our client was not guilty of the charges.

Had a small inquiry they were able to deal with very quickly and efficiently - did a better job than AI!

Dan Sutton is absolutely on top of his game. His deep technical knowledge, combined with an approachable manner and gift for explanation make him invaluable not only in case preparation, but also in front of a jury.
