Customer for years
Of course company never responds to complaints only positive reviews l. But miss s payment or be late and it’s like the world will come to an end. Experience from the previous employees was HORRIBLE THREATS AND CURSING OUT CUSTOMERS WAS A WAY OF LIFE seems like the more money I paid to get caught up the higher the balance got. Refinance is hard if you need help and you won’t get it period they say they help actually they don’t no matter how hard you try to get caught up don’t rely on this company like I did.
