I ordered a hitch and reciever paid for express shipping parts showed up separately a week apart from me needing them. I emailed them for return they sent me a RMA# I paid $160 to ship the UNUSED equipment Back with the RMA# and packing slips included here I am 3 weeks later after emails and parts delivered have yet to receive a email or a refund I would not recommend them if you have issues they don’t care to resolve or compensate you for your service or issues so unless you need something for sure in advance otherwise don’t look for good customer service or anything completely frustrated with the whole process now instead of the $270 I spent for hitch and reciever I’m out of a additional $160 for the return I have emailed them and haven’t heard anything after telling me it would be 5-7 business days it’s been 3 weeks since I heard anything and haven’t heard anything about a refund would not recommend at all if you order the wrong part or it doesn’t show up in a timely matter you are screwed

Order shipment is said to be 5 to 7 business days. It has been 14 days and I have not received part of my shipment and I cannot reach a live person to get this resolved.

I clicked on the 5% off and traded my email for that, but the email didn't arrive and I couldn't get 5% off. I feel cheated. I shouldn't have given you my email...

Got the right parts! There was a hiccup with shipping company damaging one of packages. Called in and Ella went above and beyond to make it right! Was able to complete my trailer’s repair before vacation! Thank you all!

Could not be easier.

I had been told by different people what I needed to haul my fifth wheel. Ella was super helpful in figuring out the safest and most secure way of hauling my fifth wheel across the country. We shall see how it works out when it comes in. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb!

Easy to use website, found what I needed fast and ordered it. I paid for quick shipping, hoping to have it asap so fingers crossed their shipping is quick! So far I'm definitely happy with them

I ordered an RV door and needed it by a certain date. I sent an email to the sales department to verify I could get it by the date.
I was contacted by the sales department and unfortunately they could not get it to me by the time i needed it. I very much appreciate the honesty.

Easy to use site, the only reason I gave 4 Star rating is I was on hold along time trying to verify Rv awning components were compatible and was told no agents available and to leave a message.
