Great product - good service

From purchasing to shipping, only took about a week. These cases are very good quality and look good too. I received 20% my next purchase and will defo buy another - they are so fun!

The shipping was fast but my phone is iPhone 11 and I got the case for the iPhone 7/8 but the case it self is every good quality and looks really nice.

A good experience, the package has arrived on time and in perfect condition.

My experience with this company was great so far! I had a little incident where I wanted a different sized phone case than the one I ordered. They told me that I can receive a new one at no charge. I haven’t heard back from them yet but hopefully I will soon.

It’s been 8 weeks since I order a phone case from this company, and still haven’t received it. I have tried to contact them on every social media platform, and emailed them 3 times, I have got no response, I’m so frustrated at the ridiculous customer service. I basically gave you money for nothing.

I had ordered a case, a month ago, I had paid fast shipping, but the case didn’t come!

I just don’t get why there are so many complaints about the delay, seriously do you guys know what’s going on in the world? If you want a faster shipment, choose express, it took 3-4 days to arrive. The cases look super cute and they sent alcohol wipes!

The customer service always responds to my inquiries too, just message them with the popup chat thingy on their website. Very polite mailing with Sanne 👌🏼

I have ordered from here twice and spent over €40! The first order was made on the 10th of April and the second on the 2nd of May, I still haven’t received either phone case. I received an email on the 21st of May saying the second phone case was out for delivery and to expect it within 2 working days it is now the 3rd of June and it’s still not here. According to the tracking it’s not even in Ireland yet even though I got an email saying it was out for delivery. I have contacted them though email twice, and they took a long time to respond and all the person said was that my case is still on the way. I have contacted PayPal and hopefully I can get my money back
Update: Finally received my phone case after over a month of waiting :)

The case fits perfectly and protects my mobile way too good 😇
