Simple process to send just weigh and…

Simple process to send just weigh and go on the website type in the weight and print off your label. Dpd collected and delivered really quickly, I did have to wait around 5 days to hear that everything was OK and that the quote I was given was correct and would be put in my bank account. But it's really good and will be using them again for sure.

My second transaction

My second transaction with toy exchange and again just very simple... you get exactly what they quote you for, it's really easy to do, just print off a postage label for free and job done.

Packaging expenses on you

The instructions and process was quick and efficient. However, this company should provide packaging. I spent 14 pounds to buy a post office box and bag. So, I only made 50% of what I could have made as the company offloads these expenses on the customer.
