The experience with this company has…

The experience with this company has been absolutely unacceptable. My order never arrived, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I either received no reply or responses that made no sense. I clearly explained that the package was delivered to a completely different city and that I never received my order, yet they replied saying they were “happy” that I got my items. This is dishonest and unprofessional. Their behavior feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
