Dirty toy received.

My first time ordering from here and definitely the last.

I ordered two squishmallows (also my first time buying these, I was excited for them to arrive) when they did, one arrived filthy. Multiple dirty marks on it. The other one came with a terrible smell to it. They have definitely been used before. I’m appalled and disgusted.

Will not be returning to toy dip and I do not recommend anyone else orders from here.

If you can find the toy you want it is generally a good deal. I did find a few on my Santas list cheaper than elsewhere. My toys arrived quickly ( with free delivery) and in good condition. This was my second order., returning customers says it all. Thanks a lot.

I ordered 2 monster high dolls. 1 of them ended up out of stock and I had to be refunded. Not a big deal as I had ordered in advance of my granddaughters birthday but if you ordered close to the day needed it would have been difficult to replace in time.
The other doll came promptly, well packaged. Pleased with the service.

Never heard of this company, checked on trustpilot had good reviews, so knew it wasn’t a scam bought 3 Polly pockets item , all cheaper prices tan anywhere else , delivery free if spend £20 , excellent packaging super fast delivery, they were better than I expected, will have a very happy granddaughter.
