YOU pay for returns

I placed 3 orders with them; 2 via their website and one via an online app. The online app purchase went well; items shipped quickly and were what I ordered. The other two, however, were a problem. Within an hour of originally placing the orders I sent a message requesting to cancel them. They quickly replied, asking "which order?" (even though the cancellation request had the order number in the subject line.) 6 DAYS later they responded, saying "So sorry, order has shipped". Turns out mailing them back is at the customer's expense. Postage was $96.60, almost the cost of one whole order. Even if refunded the cost of the merchandise I am still out $100. I will never buy from them again. and will never recommend them to anyone.

Not trustworthy, be cautious.

I would be very cautious trusting them. First, they don't accept PayPal and that is very fishy. The biggest reason not to is because it's easier to file a complaint if you don't get your package than dealing with your card/bank.

I made two previous orders that went fine, but when I made my third, they only sent half my order. It was pretty obvious it was a misunderstanding because even the packing paper with the order showed set of 12 x 2, but someone had wrote 12 on it for some reason. I checked my card and was charged for two sets totalling $120. I tried explaining in a support email clearly with photo proof of the unopened package and then opened to show it was too small to fit 24 capsules and they said we'll sent out a replacement package. After about a week, I received an email with a tracking number. I thought, thank goodness and it would be all well...except they sent me ONE of TWELVE missing capsule toys. After that, I messaged again and they've ignored both emails for the past month, so I'm forced to contact my card for fraud and don't have some of the Christmas toys I planned to send out.

Also, this is not an isolated issue. I found someone on reddit who had a similar experience over just the very same capsule toys they ordered from Toy Drops and they had to contact their bank for fraud to get things set right.

If you truly have to buy from them, be ready to call your bank/card. They've lost a customer big time that was going to be buying pretty often over one mistake they refused to fix. I hate leaving awful reviews, but this is unacceptable behavior from a shop and I need to warn friends and others online to be careful. I don't want anyone to lose money.
