Toy House 

I ordered a tractor for my wee boy back in Nov 22 as a christmas present for my little boy, it wasnt long until the trailer brought, then the tractor wouldnt charge, over and abck with owen since OCt 23 in regards to the tractor. i had to leave the tractor to derry to get it looked about, i then had to collect but the issue was still nort resolved. Owen lifted the tractor from my home in May and he will not return the tractor. i have made several attepmyts to contact him but my messages are just ingored. An disgrace of a company

Very Good product and my daughter is delighted with it. took very long to come though. Had to ring after 3 weeks after I ordered it and had it next day . Worth the wait though.

I honestly do not recommend shopping at toy house. I ordered a trampoline as a birthday gift for my 9-year-old daughter. I waited over two weeks for the shipment and I didn't receive it. I only received an email that they canceled the order without giving any reasons. Thanks to Toy house, I have a desperate child at home. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Update.
I have never once written to you to cancel my order, so making the decision for me and canceling the order is not right. I didn't send any threats, I just wrote that I would report the matter to the CCPC, and that's what I did.

Cant recommend the toy house enough, nowhere in the world would supply a yellow ride on g wagon for a christmas present my little boy had his heart set on but i could not find a yellow one, there was a company in germany that dis it but only sold wholesale and didnt ship to uk however this fantastic company did, they sourced it for me and shipped it to the Uk, they kept in touch alot throughout the process and informed me when my item was on route md de assured me it was coming :) such a pleasant transaction so helpful kind and friendly would defo re use in future!! So happy !! this is going to make a little boy very very happy thank u so so much.

Excellent customer service! I received an email last week that they were worried the current courier wouldn't be able to deliver on time, so they dispatched a second item with a different courier who they were confident would deliver before Christmas. Both items have arrived (although I haven't opened them and tried to put together yet), but definite 5 star for customer service!

Great customer service. So lovely to deal with. Even wrapped the item in black plastic as they knew it was a Christmas gift. Didn't even have to ask.

Brilliant customer service and quick delivery. I requested the image on the box be covered and they went through the trouble of putting a black plastic wrap all around the box to ensure no little eyes could see. Fantastic value also. Will definitely be shopping here again!
