I ordered train table set before Christmas. The screws and fittings were missing. I've emailed no response tried online Chat definitely not helpful. There is no number except the one at the end of this site but it does not work. Not sure what else to say apart from if there problem they obviously do not care
My daughter 2 year old has recieved the lovely ice cream palour however one of the magnets has come completely loose and come out of the toy this is concerning as they are so dangerous.
Placed an order in July & l still have not received the items but the amount was charged to my card. I've emailed two different emails listed on the website but no one will answer me back.
Still no response to numerous emails regarding my orders never received. BBB is next step on my list
