Everything ok

It was good but I just want to cancel because I cannot afford it anymore

By mistakenly I had subscribe the toymonia membership and some amount has been deducted from my credit card after that I contacted with team toymonia explained them what had happened to me. After that whole toymonia team has been so supportive and help me to cancelled the membership. Thank you so much team toymonia and.

I have requested for my refund to process due to my money was deducted from my account without knowledge. i didn't know about that subscription and also I didn't know how it was happened.

To whom it may concern,

My name is Bobirmirzo. I was misled into entering my card details on Toymonia.com through a promotional advertisement that claimed I had won a Coca-Cola prize. Without my explicit consent, the site charged me 6.95 EUR twice. Furthermore, additional unauthorized attempts were made to charge my card later.

I reached out to your support, but I only received automated responses. Eventually, I was told that I could receive a refund only if I left a positive review. This is unethical and manipulative.

This entire experience has been a clear case of online fraud. As a result, I had to block my card and report the incident to my bank for safety reasons.

I strongly advise others not to trust Toymonia.com. Do not enter your card details on this website under any circumstance.

This site must be investigated and held accountable for its deceptive practices.

At first, I was surprised to be automatically signed up for the VIP membership, as my only intention was to purchase the flip phone at a very low price. I also did not expect to be automatically charged the membership fee after 14 days.

However, I appreciate the Toymonia team's quick response to my cancellation request. Special thanks to Imani for personally and promptly handling my request.

I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and use it myself for future purchases.
