We sent an M-Spa unit to this company ( if you can call them that ) in August 2023 for repair, firstly they charged £60.00 for carriage. After approximately 5 weeks and numerous phone calls, speaking to several different people they finally diagnosed what the problem was and asked for a Further £178.00 for spares and repair, again after chasing them and many calls we finally got the unit back on 12 Dec 2023!! AND still in the same broken state it was in when sent. After several discussions ( to be polite) they simply said I could have my money back whicch then took weeks but I finally got the £178.00 but not the carriage cost. I am now having to find another company to try and get the work done.
If Toy Monster are an agent for M-Spa then this company should be thinking again as Toy Monster are not doing a lot for the reputation of M-Spa

Ordered & paid for item on the 8th Jan 2024 & still not received. Contacted them numerous times & told they are short in the warehouse & still catching up after Christmas. Avoid , awful company

I bought an item and since the order confirmation have had no notification of delivery or been able to contact seller. I have been waiting for 2-3 weeks now.

Will report to trading standards.

Absolutely despicable company.

Advertising a 14 day money back guarentee but fails to deliver.

I have ordered a part and it was incorrect. After 45mins on hold I finally got through to be told I cannot return it as they can't be sure it hasn't been fitted and broken so therefore can't be resold.

£55 out of pocket and stuck with an incorrect part.

The guy on the phone couldn't care less.

I'd sooner by a new different brand of spa for £££ than spend another penny with these thieves.

Absolutely despicable.

Inaccurate product description of their ebike.

The description says the battery lasts 35 miles, the manual says it lasts 20 miles, nearly half the distance!
The description says these are airless tyres, what you delivered was standard blow up tyres.
The advert says it takes 2-3 hours to recharge the battery your manual which you provided that matches the bike says 4 hours!

Disreputable selling techniques it elsewhere.
