I ordered my part almost a week ago and it still has not yet shipped. Starting to think that its a scam. I see tons of bad Reddit and online reviews of people saying they never shipped their parts. Avoid toyotapartsoverstock.com at all costs!!! They are either scammers or just extremely bad at running a business.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - Order Ignored, Then Sent Late, Refused, and NO REFUND!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the absolute incompetence I've experienced with Toyota Parts Overstock. Here's a brief rundown of the debacle:

Initial Order Ignored: I placed my order , but it seemed to fall into a black hole. No updates, no communication, just complete silence.
I canceled my order on, assuming that would be the end of it.
Late Arrival weeks Later: In a bizarre turn of events, the order showed up at my doorstep MONTHS AFTER I CANCELED IT. Yes, you read that right. It was as if my cancellation never existed.
Given the circumstances, I rightfully refused the order. You'd think this would trigger an automatic refund process, but no...
NO REFUND: To date, despite my refusal of the wrongly sent order, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. It's astonishing how a company can so blatantly disregard customer rights and basic business ethics.

We ordered a driver's side mirror assembly for my Toyota Sienna. Entered the VIN twice on the website at Toyota of Fort Worth (which took us to Toyotapartsoverstock). Mirror was $244.12. Received an email stating that was not the correct part number and that it was $551.73. They want an additional $307.61 placing my order on hold. They gave a phone number to call. I've called several times and it goes to a recording saying the person at that extension is on the phone, sorry but the user's mailbox can receive no more messages. I've emailed without response. I've gone to the website and asked for a refund to no avail. There is NO customer service and this is like bait and switch.

This site advertised a part I purchased but without me noticing it took me to parts.lovelandtoyota.com. I purchased the part and received a confirmation email. Never recieved any other communication ubntil I tried to call which the number did not work so I emailed. They replied with no source for the part and I have yet to get my requested refund. I am having to process a chargeback due to what I consider to be a spam site toyotapartsovertock.com. Toyota Parts Overstock Order Confirmed (Order #12436810)

Worst customer service, rude, condescending folks out there . I was trying to order part and needed help ordering. This parts representative have the gull to tell me that am rambling. Really? I will never shop there again

I purchased an item of $238.21 and paid $25.95 for shipping. About 2 days after payment, they sent me a mail to pay $290.74 as additional shipping charges. They are crooked and unreliable. McGeorge Toyota is way better for you.
