DO NOT USE.....THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!

I ordered my children Christmas presents in December, after a week my order didn't arrive and when i contacted Toyrus, they said my order has been cancelled and i will be refunded within 7-14 days from the 5th December 2022. It is now the 3rd February 2023 and i still haven't received my refund. I have sent over 20 emails and i keep on receiving excuse after excuse and no refund.......

They ruined my childrens Christmas.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISGRACE!!!!!
