I ordered a couple figures from their website, and I found it to be really easy and quick. I also had a question regarding my order, and they responded to my email with an answer very quickly. Definitely reccomend them if you need any figures or collectibles from Japan.

Took a 3-4 days for all my items to be collected, email updated on whenever they had an item ready and waiting for rest, and about 10 days to arrived to Canada.

Nicely wrap and packed, so long parts like stick wouldn't be crushed deformed.
