Hi there! I hope you are well. Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Such feedback always helps us improve our services.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have faced. Normally, we use courier partners for our deliveries and on occasion, there are some delays. However, we agree that it is certainly not a fair time to receive a call and completion for delivery. We work quite closely with our delivery partners and have already brought this to their immediate attention to ensure you do not have a similar experience in the future. As a small business, we are always looking to improve and your feedback has been invaluable to ensure we continue improve on our services.

Thank you once again for your order with Toyzees and we relish the opportunity to serve you again.
