Reconnecting

I have had an extremely difficult time re-connecting my internet after having a fibre-optic upgrade. Two separate conversations with TP-Link had resulted in no progress but this evening I had the good fortune to speak to Paisley who patiently guided me through the processes necessary to re-connect. I am so grateful for her gentle and positive approach and her reassurance as we completed each step. Thankyou so much Paisley .

Archer BE550 Router

Archer BE550 Router - Had problems with the Admin Interface not responding on Login from both a Web Browser and the Tether App. I was almost at the point of returning it but decided to reach out to tp-link's Customer Support over chat. Joshua trouble shooted, diagnosed the issue and suggested a change to try and help resolve the issue. He was very clear, concise and responsive. Hope this fixes the problem (need to wait a day or so to see). Overall, very pleased with the support I received.

Hello

Hello! I had lots of problems installing the BE230 WiFi router. TP link got back to me with an emailed response and suggestions very quickly, unfortunately these didn’t work for me so I called the helpline and spoke to Nathaniel. Nathaniel Was so calm, clear and confident in his guidance and instructions. He patiently answered my questions and we got it all up and working. I was so pleased with the results. Nathaniel Was a super star after I had been so frustrated with the installation. Thank you

Wow - this tech support person was amazing

I had real issues with my wifi extender and Jazlyn at TP-link was amazing. She was patient and extremely knowable. We kept having issues with setting up the extender and she just hung in there and helped resolve the issue. I wish there were more people like her and TP-Link.

The whole set up process for our new TpLink Archer AX 35

The whole set up process for our new TpLink modem was proving difficult for me but Kinsey Nong, from TpLink carefully stepped me through the process until we had it working. Despite her accent I was able to hear her clearly (I have hearing loss so this is very important to me), she patiently waited while I sorted things at my end and knew the answer to every difficulty I encountered and resolved them quickly. It was like she was standing by my side guiding me through the set up process. Best of all it was completed successfully.

The customer service is 10/10. I dealt with Glenn who was extremely helpful and helped me connect my wifi to two different routers! I really appreciate their help, they gave clear instructions and helped me fix my problem right away!I am extremely satisfied with this customer service!

Compliment: Tapo indoor camera C200 resetting

On 8 May 2026, I rang Tapo technical support for assistance on my indoor camera C200. My cameras didn’t work anymore since my wifi modem has been changed. Kiera Xiao was patient and responsive in walking me through the resetting and pairing of my 3 indoor cameras, step by step. Pleasantly surprised and happy that my issue is finally resolved.
