Good Customer Service
After speaking with Usman today I am more confident of my recent request being dealt with following previous responses via E-Mails etc to the Administration team.
I do feel the forms could possibly be worded better.

I have contacted tpt since January…
I have contacted tpt since January asking for retirement forms to be sent via post and as requested sent ID (driving licence) with a change of address being 13 The Maples, Humberston DN36 4BT. It has only been today speaking to Raj that hopefully this is all in hand and I will receive the necessary forms to go ahead with my pension and retirement plans.

Luckily spoke with very pleasant and helpful lady called Paula. I needed my user ID which I had no record of and then we needed to reset my password but problems with emails. Spoke the next day and all was resolved.
