I signed up for £1 to trace a parcel coming from France being shipped to the UK and the page did nothing and I hadn’t realised that I was sent a email in the spam folder with my registration details. When I tried to track the parcel I wish the website would let us know the tracking number is wrong. The website does say it’s a subscription of £24 however I forgot to cancel… luckily no money was taken. I paid £1 for a service that didn’t even work…. Should of been free… it’s a broken website and the man on the phone happily cancelled the subscription but he didn’t sound happy… well sir I think your service needs to be closed down.. by the looks of it.

Exactly the same as the other reviews. I thought I was being charged £1 to track a Parcelforce delivery that had not arrived. Then noticed £24.90 taken from my credit card. They didn’t even trace the package. I have contacted them for a refund

Complete rip-off charger a pound for a view and then charge £27 for what I have not got a clue advice avoid

I had never heard of this company until thus morning when my bank asked about a suspicious transaction. I did have a parcel arrive today but that was using standard ups tracking.

As far as o know I haven't used this service so the 24.90 they tried to take was unexpected.
Now I have to wait a week for a new card and as I am disabled the 6 mile trip to my nearest bank is a major inconvenience.

Seeing other reviews it may be my fault but I have never knowingly used this service and already use reputable tracking sources.

Maybe my fault but I did not see that if you use this service for £1.00, 72 hours later you will be charged £24.99. This is a monthly subcription

Contacted Customer Service who have cancelled future payments but would not refund the charge made.

I am usually so good at checking this sort of thing outso lesson learned

Robbers! Luckily I saw they tried to take money but I transferred all my funds to my PayPal before they can rob me and cancelled the subscription

They are scamming robbing gits. They need calling down fast.

This Company is a scam making people pay £1 and then charged £24.90 per month. I paid for 2 month before realising. When I called they said had to cancel the subscription within 48 hours. I didn’t subscribe to anything so this writing would have been hidden. They refused to credit my payments. I am contacting Trading standards looking at the reviews, I am not the only one.

Thought it was £1 later found out I’m getting charged £24.90 this company’s a joke I don’t understand why no one takes action on taking websites like these down there literally stealing.

This company operates a scam. You think you are paying £1 to find a parcel but they actually sign you up for a monthly subscription of £25 per month. When you discover the charges to your credit card and contact them they say you should have read the T&Cs.

After the initial fee you will find yourself signed up for £24.90 a month subscription which is not clear on their site and no e-mail is sent to confirm. Luckily my bank spotted it and I was able to stop payment. AVOID !

Yes, another one duped by this company. Took up the advertised £1 trace and ended up having £49.80 taken from my Bank account before realising it.
This is deception,and must be stopped.
Do NOT use this Company.

Total scam, tracked a parcel for £1 which I was directed to via Parcelforce. For the following 3 months I have realised £24.90 has been debited from my account. Avoid!!
