I ordered some pillows from a company…

I ordered some pillows from a company that decided to ship my items to me via Amazon tracking. HORRIBLE idea. I had a date of January 8th delivery. NO updates were provided until the 8th when there site changed to January 9th. I clicked on shipping details, they provide minimal tracking.. they provide info from the time they received the label from the shipper to the time the package shipped from there locations. NO OTHER UPDATES WERE provided.. so i cannot see where my package is as of today. DO I trust it will be delivered today... NOPE!!! Amazon DO BETTER or stop shipping packages!!

The site always says tracking # can't be found

The site always says my Amazon tracking numbers can not be found. Complete waste of time. It seems like they could find their own tracking numbers. I have tried to track 5 different numbers over several months, and it never works.

Tracking number was not found by them. Parcels app can't find it either. Can only track through my Order page.
