Poor Customer Service and Equipment failure
My personal (running the company fleet) experience with Trackitnow has been extremely frustrating. The tracking equipment has repeatedly failed, reporting incorrect speed and location data, which made it completely unreliable for our operations.
Customer service has been slow to respond, unhelpful when issues were raised. On top of that, we were hit with several hidden charges — including being billed for the return and replacement of faulty units on two separate vehicles, and after they sent out the incorrect fobs, charged for returning them, and then charged again for sending out the correct ones. Their mistake, our cost.
For the cost involved, we expected a far better level of reliability and support. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend Trackitnow based on our experience and I would recommend looking elsewhere and through other suppliers with a better track record. Soon as we are able to get out of our contract, we'll be moving to another.
Thanks for the reply, as stated, I have already been in contact with you via your ticket system. I write this review with the ticket now closed and the situation not going anywhere. You T&C's state about costings, but when its your system that has failed, your equipment not preventing us being able to use the systems as intended, I expect the fix to be at zero cost to us. (much like when we were charged for you sending out the wrongs fobs, for us to be charged for them being sent, us sending them back and the correct ones being sent out).
All in, my review stands, as soon as we can move, we'll be moving to a system with a bit more customer service, and understanding.
