My parcel was lost by the trackon delivery hub in Bangalore.

It's been 2 month since my package has been lost and no action was taken by your end.

When I call the support they just loop around and they say we are working on it.

Worst experience third class service by trackon don't use trackon veryy late delivery after giving delivery charges they tell me to visit office for parcel

Extremely poor service from Trackon Couriers. The delivery person was very rude and completely unprofessional. He did not come anywhere near my house and instead forced me to collect my parcel. On top of that, he warned that if I didn’t come on time, I would have to collect it from their office.
This is not doorstep delivery — this is harassment. Very disappointing experience. And also if we are not available one day. This should be their responsibility to come and deliver on next day. And they are not providing this service for free of cost. We are paying the amount to Trackon. And definitely I will not continue this service anymore and would recommend everyone of my friends to not go for this service.

This courier company is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I booked a very expensive courier from Jaipur to Pune for a special delivery – a gift for my four-year-old niece on her birthday. Unfortunately, it wasn’t delivered.

The courier carried sentimental value and no one contacted the sender. I didn’t even get a refund. After multiple follow-ups, they finally confirmed the parcel was lost. It’s bizarre; I was redirected several times and customer care is completely useless.

They promised a refund via email but haven’t processed it yet and no one answers my calls. Customer care and grievance support are also useless.

I’ll never use their service and strongly advise against it. Their reviews are telling – they’re all rated 1.

bullshit service by trackon as they took parcel from origin and said that it will delievred in 3 days . but as per their website it is saying undelivered as service is not available. as per them it will be delivered back to origin. god knows when it will come and forget the money. Simple question is why they accepted parcel and money if if service is not available. also ate 3 days time. Consignment number is : 100448897714

Very bad service, they stole the parcel, and sent a deivered message, and also put a fake signature on the delivery page. When i contacted the customer care, they are cooking another story, and keep sending me delivered messages. But i have not received the parcel

TrackOn courier . An order booked on 11/11/2025 in Haryana has not reached Mumbai till date and the cistomer service today informed me in the morning that the courier is coming by road and has started from Ambala. The order was very urgent and this company has made it worst by given a pathetic service

I sent my important letter via Track On under an urgent delivery request. I was clearly assured that it would be delivered within a maximum of 3 days, yet it has still not been delivered even after 15 days. This delay is absolutely unacceptable, irresponsible, and highly unprofessional.

Review:
I dispatched a jewellery parcel on 20th August 2025 (AWB: [No.]) through TRACKON Courier Pvt. Ltd. It was never delivered even after a month and later falsely marked “returned.” Despite repeated follow-ups, the parcel was not given back to me.

The Area Sales Manager (Lucknow) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and falsely claimed that sending jewellery via courier is “illegal” — which is completely untrue. After this, he stopped responding to calls/messages.

This has caused financial loss and reputational damage to my business. TRACKON has shown negligence, lack of accountability, and zero professionalism.

⚠️ Warning to customers and businesses: Think twice before trusting this courier.

My consignment no: 500520166514 delivery date 06-08-2025 but still I'm not receiving. If delay I accept but no one contact me, I'm also try to contacting Sriperumbudur Hub team that number Switched off.

That material was very urgent, Your courier service damaging my small business

I used Trackon to send a parcel from Darjeeling to Guwahati, and it has still not been delivered, despite the promised date being the 28th. The worst part? The customer service. When I reached out for help, the representative was not only unhelpful but downright rude. There’s clearly a lack of professionalism and efficiency in both their delivery network and customer support. Given the delayed delivery and the poor treatment I received, I will not be using Trackon again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service.

Shame on their delivery timelines. they took a week for delivery for AIR CARGO. Idiotic service.

i have called multiple times to the office yet no one recieved the call. after some 5-7 calls they told me my parcel will reach the nearby hub by 3 pm and cut the call. i called again to get the address but no reply. after some 15 calls by all my family members they gave us the address. the online google maps address was wrong by the way. after reaching the satellite branch of Ahmedabad we were told that no parcel has arrived. the main head office confirmed that the parcel was at the satellite branch. after fight for my parcel they checked again and the parcel was right there. such worst customer service and careless employees depict the managemet of a shameless company. never sending or recommending again.
