Aovo doesn’t reply!!!

I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Aovo , as they have proven to be a company that fails to deliver on their promises and exhibits atrocious customer service. Their claims of a 2-year warranty and prompt replacement of damaged parts are nothing but empty words.

I initially purchased a scooter from Aovo with the assurance that any faulty parts would be promptly replaced within the stated warranty period. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the scooter. As per their instructions, I attempted to contact their customer support team via email to initiate the warranty process.

To my dismay, my emails were met with complete silence and no response whatsoever. I persisted in reaching out for months, desperately seeking assistance and resolution for the defective parts. However, my emails were continuously ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored as a customer.

What further exacerbates my disappointment is the fact that when I finally decided to use a different email address to contact them about a new product inquiry, I received an immediate response. This blatant selective response clearly indicates that they were deliberately avoiding my previous emails and sidestepping their responsibility towards resolving my warranty issues.

The lack of accountability and utter disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by Aovo is absolutely unacceptable. A company that refuses to honor its warranty commitments and intentionally ignores customer inquiries does not deserve your hard-earned money.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of Aovo. The false promises, terrible customer service, and blatant avoidance of addressing warranty claims make it evident that this company does not value its customers. There are numerous other reputable scooter companies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction and actually stand behind their products. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding Aovo altogether.

Remember, when choosing a scooter company, it is essential to select one that demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a genuine commitment to customer care. Unfortunately, Aovo falls far short of these qualities, and I regret ever giving them my business
