Great website and great service.
Range of products is vast, only bugbear was certain quantities of most ingredients were out of stock. However, I accept that I was purchasing just prior to holiday season and that is most likely the reason why.
Fast delivery and packaged well.
Quality exceptional.
I have no hesitation in using Just ingredients again in the future.

50% of my order was out of stock
50% of my order was out of stock and I was told that there was a two to three week delay for some items. No response to my email suggesting that as a matter of goodwill they should refund my carriage charge (if they had had the stock my order would have been carriage paid)

Thank you for your feedback and I'm really sorry to hear our service wasn't to your satisfaction on this occasion.
We've experienced large increases in order volumes which has depleted our stock levels more quickly than we'd usually expect. We're working on resolving this and are expecting a large delivery towards the end of this week which will help to replenish the majority of low stock products. We don't forsee this being an ongoing issue.
