I had a good experience with the copier when i was running trial mode, there could be a minor improvement on rejecting double signals fron the same group wish it had that feature but otherwise its amazing to use super easy and very fast

The new TSC infinity software does not…
The new TSC infinity software does not working. Every second day signals do not get executed. The support staff dont know why. All they say is that the team is working on it. But it never gets resolved. I have requested a refund, and this is evaded. Keep away guys.

We showed you the ticket IDs confirming that trade was in fact opened and executed (Buy Stop and Sell Limit tickets from both signal sources), and the conversation was marked resolved after that.
We've also checked our support records and haven't found a refund request from your account — if you did submit one and it didn't reach us, please send it again to https://t.me/trade2syncbot along with your account details and we'll handle it directly.
If you're still seeing signals not execute on specific days, let us know the dates and channels so we can check those instances the same way.

Evreything is fine, but it really bothers me that I can't copy signals directly from the topic (supergroup) because it doesn't have a dedicated ID. If this could be fixed somehow, everything would be great. Thank you!

There are constantly some errors!
On my end, configuring TSC requires a huge amount of work and constant cooperation with support just to get it working properly. This is the third week and I still can't configure the app with Telegram groups.
There are constantly some errors and the signals are not being read correctly. In my opinion, the app is unfinished, and the advertisements are highly misleading to users regarding its simple installation.
On the other hand, I would like to praise the support team for their very efficient work and for providing great, quick assistance.

Support team answered the questions I had, helped setting up correctly yo avoid the issues I had due to wrong configuration. Also guided me on what keywords to enter to reduce the amount of errors caused due to wrong entry on keywords. Still waiting to see the results this program will offer starting next month now that i have everything set up correctly. Would just suggest to inform how communication should be driven through telegram as I was replying to the message received and seems like they werent able to see my message until the reply wasnt done from the original message received
