When I unpacked the radiator I could not find the wall fixing screws.
I spoke to Tradebase and they contacted the manufacturers of the radiator
to tell them of the missing parts.
However the manufacturer explained where they were usually located and then on further inspection they were found.
Tradebase dealt with my query very professionaly.

I bought a reduced price toilet from Tradebase and I am extremely impressed with this company's handling of my order. I would definitely use this company again.

Very quick and simple to complete

I ordered an item from Tradebase which failed to arrive within the allotted time frame. When I rang, I was initially told that they would chase it up with the carrier(DX Logistics) .I chased up again and was then given a number for the carrier, they messed me about by keeping me on hold on the phone then disconnecting me.After more fruitless phone calls, I ended up having to wait in two more days , it transpired that the carriers had forgotten to lad the item on their truck but they only disclosed that to Tradebase when pressed, not to me. I eventually got the item delivered 10 minutes after the final deadline on a Saturday afternoon. It is my only experience of buying from Tradebase, I would only do business with them again if they were to formally apologize for wasting my time, though I accept that they rely on their carriers, who appear to be prepared to lie to customers to cover themselves. I ordered three other items for my project from other suppliers but there were no issues with deliveries there, they were all on time.

Sadly the item advertised for sale wasn't available (AEG Drill Battery).

I had to chase this up to find out.

Refund took days but in part due to PayPal delays so that bit wasn't down to Trade Base.

Staff were pleasant, helpful & professional throughout.
