The customer service and response is bad. I suggest you use only if you don’t have any conflict with them.
I asked if my account can be reset or refunded. I also proved my account info for checking. The support did not say yes or no. Just gave me the policy URL and asked if I fulfil some requirements. I did not understand the definition of wordings they mentioned, so I asked but did not got the feedback. I spend 10 response with full explanation. I also requested to change the agent in support team but the same one responding.
Another teammate eventually helped and he can ask and check my account immediately. I told them it is too late as I have already traded, why don’t they inform me earlier. They just insist they have but no concrete prove.

I am a seasoned prop trader and activelyl trading with several prop firms. As a request by another trader, I gave Tradeday a try. Afte 6 failed combines, I passed the evaluation statge. It has been over a week and my PA account is not set up. Customer service is a FAT 0, I have been told the situation has been elevated to have it resolved. No follow up...My request for a refund for ALL the fees paid has gone unanawered. Definitely skip over Tradeday, Take Profit is the better choice out of the two. I have shown proof of my KYC approval by Riseworks, and TradeDay is in the "client" folder. TradeDay can't provide proof to back the claim!!! I ask that you refund my money!!!

Trade is low priced for evaluations, they offer different platforms like Tradovate/Ninjatrader. Alps, daily payouts when funded. They are king in the Futures prop firm space.

Unprofessional prop firms company
I’ve been an active participant in TradeDay’s program and maintained an active subscription with them.
Out of nowhere, I received an email titled “TradeDay Services No Longer Available in Vietnam,” and my account was suspended immediately—without any prior notice or explanation.
What’s even more concerning is that my active Subscription ID remains valid, yet no refund has been issued for the most recent payment tied to it.
Ending services so abruptly, without advance communication, and processing refunds without referencing active subscriptions is neither fair nor professional.
As a paying customer, I believe we deserve clear communication, transparency, and respect—even when services are being discontinued.
@TradeDay — this is not how you treat loyal traders.

We completely understand your frustration.
We learned this week that the third-party services we rely on to run our evaluations no longer support Vietnamese citizens or residents.
This was not a decision made by TradeDay, but it is a decision that impacts TradeDay.
We emailed all our Vietnamese community to explain this and proceeded to off-board the traders.
We have been working through closing the accounts, cancelling subscriptions, processing refunds, and making funded trader payouts. We handled each account as fairly as possible.
All refunds have been processed, but may take up to 7 days to appear at your side, depending on your financial institution.
We are sorry we had to off-board you. This was beyond our control, and we thank you for your loyal support of our platform.
