Endless sales pestering by Trade Direct
I did not enjoy or needed the bombardment of chasing reminder emails and several phone calls in last month prior to my insurance cover expiry. I advised the first caller exact timeline when I will be looking into policy renewal, despite that Trade Direct kept calling, sending text messages and emails to sales pitch for renewal. I did not authorise this when I purchased last policy a year ago. You should be more professional, listen, take note and have some respect for your customers!
