Trade frames in Rhuddlan are a fantastic company to deal with from moment we met with the owner to discuss what we needed to completion of our Windows and doors all the staff there are brilliant they were great fully recommend!!!!!!

First class company to deal with and from start to finish a very professional job was carried out.
It was very helpful being able to work out an approximate cost from the website beforehand,particularly as one did not
have to give any personal details as is common with other suppliers.
No pressure whatsoever was applied by any member of staff either at their showroom in Peterborough or when visiting our home to measure up,which was so refreshing when compared to other companies in the double glazing world.Pricing was straightforward with none of the starting with a high figure and gradually discounting,we were given a figure which matched very closely our own estimate worked out from the website.
A figure considerably cheaper than elsewhere,for a quality product.
Contact and timekeeping throughout were excellent and the fitters could not have been bettered,nothing was too much trouble.
Would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent job of replacing Windows, Patio door, gutters, barge boards, soffits, fascias etc. Everything was exactly as ordered and expertly fitted by Ashton and Nigel who were very prompt hard working and cleared up after each day!

Friendly, professional, and the best price buy £1500. (And I had quotes from just about everyone!) The rep didn't pressure me into buying, just came in measured up and quoted, no nonsense unlike the other companies who continually pestered me. I highly recommend this company. The fitters were quick, friendly and did a great job and all for an amazing price. I never write reviews but feel they definitely deserve a good one.

Tradeframe Swindon dealt with us, we had new windows fitted and the work was carried out by their fitter Danny, highly recommend him, he was very good and took a pride in his work which in this day and age was nice to see.

Everyone went to great lengths to make sure that what I ended up with was what I really wanted, even designing small stained glass windows especially for me to match my front door.
When things haven't been quite right (big job, so no complaints), it has been no trouble to get things sorted quickly. The fitters were really nice & helpful.
Recommended!

We had a back door and living room window installed by Trafeframe recently. The gentleman who came to size up and give us a quote was friendly, professional and the price was certainly right. The fitters were efficient, friendly and left the place tidier than when they started! The lady in the office who organised the whole thing and then took my payment was brilliant from start to finish. She was most helpful and patient as I don't hear very well but didn't make me feel once that I was wasting her time. Many thanks and congratulations to Tradeframe.

Had a problem on day of fitting, didn't have right van to deliver the Large patio door. Informed after I rang them. Then was informed that it couldn't be fitted for about 10 days as the man with van was going on holiday. Date came to fit. Fittters doing a job in morning and would fit my doors in afternoon. Informed problem with morning job and they would be a little late. Appeared some 4/5 hours after they should have arrivied. Fitters did a good job and it looks great. Only thing was that when it was being fitted I noticed that it was not quite what I had ordered. Fitters did a good job and left everything very tidy. Informed later that they had been informed that it could be made different and it had been approved by them to go ahead. We were not informed? I might add that we did get a refund and the wife is very happy with what has been fitted. Final point, as I said it looks great.

I chose to go with Tradeframe because they had the most competitive prices and they really helped visualise what I wanted to do with my doors and windows. The order was sent off and I had the whole fitting within 4 weeks. I'm delighted with the quality and clean fit. A small issue - one pane was delivered cracked - was resolved quickly and without fuss. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall pretty satisfied with product and service. All the staff are marvellous ambassadors for Tradeframe. The windows look pretty good, open easily and were installed efficiently and tidily. The kitchen feels warmer. Charlotte and Jack kept us in touch with what was happening, and the fitters turned up when we expected them. We would be happy to recommend your company and have already shown one of our neighbours the finished product.

I would recommend trade frame right from the initial quote they were spot on i have used them twice, once for french doors and again for a kitchen window price great and the service was top quality the windows & doors are of high quality, the window fitters are always professional & polite if you are thinking about having new windows or doors give them a ring.

My only complaint is very minor, the fitting team turned up an hour early.
Job nicely finished inside and out.

A few years ago, we saw an advert in the local paper and contacted Tradeframe for them to come and give us a quote for the replacement of our back door. Then, approximately two years went by and we still had not placed our order. When we called this company again, not only the quote was still on their records but also, the price had not changed! We went ahead with the order. We told ourselves, the service to potential customers appears impeccable and we will see what the final product is. We have ordered and have had fitted several other windows since.
We can only praise the service, the products, the prices and the fitting. This is what we call a customer-focused company selling good products at true prices. We will continue to recommend them.

Would recommend these guys.... no hard sell, prices available on website, met deadlines and helpful fitters :-) We had all windows replaced and new front door. Had them back to fit back door too!
