1⭐ Extremely Poor Experience – Funds Stuck & No Customer Support
My experience with NEW tradefx.co has been very disappointing.THEY JUST DIDNOT SEND THE WITHDRAWALD OF 256 .AND JUST SENT AN EMAIL THAT APPROVED .JUST GIVE ME THE HASH ID THEY DINT GIVE
I opened a live MT5 account and currently have funds in my account, but when I tried to withdraw, the process has completely stalled. There is no clear update, and my withdrawal has not been completed.
I have contacted their support team multiple times, but there has been no proper response. This kind of silence from a financial service provider is unacceptable.
A broker should be transparent and responsive, especially when it comes to client funds. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.
Because of this experience, I cannot trust this platform anymore. I would advise others to think carefully before investing money with tradefx.co.
I hope they resolve my issue soon, otherwise I will take this further through public platforms and official complaint channels.
