Done the job pressing bearings on to wheel hubs.
BUT NOT WITH OUT MAJOR MODIFICATIONS.

2* JACK SLIDE BAR HAS 6 mm PLAY ALL ROUND ,IT WILL MOVE WHILE PRESSING.
3* ADJUSTABLE HIGHT BASE RESTS ON 2 PINS THROUGH GUIDE HOLES THAT ARE NOT HORIZONTALY THE SAME,
4* THE BED SITS CROOKED AND CAN MOVE 8mm ALL ROUND, IT WILL SLIP ON THE PINS.
5* THE JACK HEAD ISNT SEATED FLUSH IN THE TOP RAIL ALLOWING THE JACK HEAD TO LEAN LEFT, RIGHT ,FRONT AND BACKWARDS DURING PRESSING, CAUSEING ALL OF THE ABOVE POINTS TO HAPPEN AT ONCE. *BANG*

I have given it a run and happy with the easy starting, quality of the whipper snipper and the bump line feed.
I was glad to see it comes with a metal brush cutter blade for the heavy stuff instead of the cheap plastic cutters some come with.
I wanted a 4 stroke because I travel full time when not working on farms and it saves carrying & mixing 2 stroke oil in fuel.

No oil!!!
The hydrolic motorcycle lift was delivered with low/no oil in the jack. It means that you can't use it until you fill the oil reservoir. Not only did it cost time it also cost me another $17 for the oil. Nowhere on the site does it state that hydrolic jacks and lifts will need to be filled before use. I purchased a generic hydrolic jack oil. If the jack fails, I bet they will try and tell me it was my fault because I didn't use a certain type of oil. Not good 😐.

This is a standard practice across the industry and is done to prevent oil from leaking during transit, which can not only cause a mess but also potentially damage the unit and its internal components during handling and shipping.

Item arrived on time, as described in great condition.
Thought delivery was a bit expensive but given its 60+ kg,s, come in a large timber box & we live in a remote location (Pilbara) you’d have to expect that.
The price of the crane certainly offset the sting of the delivery costs.
When I opened the box & saw the excellent condition it was in I was even more happier.
Installing it on the back of my single cab cruiser has just jumped to the top of my “to do” list.
I’ve had 3 mates already asking “where’d you get it, how much” etc reckon there’ll be a few more getting sold to Karratha in the near future & even more once I’m driving it round on the back of my truck.
Thanks guys.

Avoid Trade Hero – Sells faulty goods and hides behind fine print.
I purchased a product that arrived with a dangerous fuel leak. When I tried to temporarily patch the leak to prevent a hazard, Trade Hero used that "modification" as an excuse to void the warranty and refuse a full refund. They are more interested in technicalities than the fact that they sent out a defective, unsafe product. Extremely poor customer service and zero accountability. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

We assess every return under Australian Consumer Law, which we take seriously. In this case the unit was returned to us for a hands-on technical inspection. The inspection, completed on 22 April, found no leak present on the fuel tank, and identified that hot glue had been applied next to the bolts attaching the tank to the main unit before the unit was returned. Both findings were shared with you in writing, with video and photographs.
ACL protects consumers who take reasonable steps to mitigate damage. Permanent modification of a product before contacting the seller is not reasonable mitigation — it prevents independent assessment of the original condition. Despite the inspection findings, a partial refund was offered as a goodwill remedy, and you accepted that resolution in writing on 26 April 2026.
We would have welcomed the opportunity to assess and remedy the unit before any modification was made, and we remain available if you would like to discuss it further.

motorcycle lift table
Just bought a motorcycle lift table, package weights 170kg on a pallet. We had no wrning about date and time of delivery, only an "approximate date".
Package was left outside the property on the lawn...
Also, a flaw it the design of this motorcycle lift table: the let down mechanism is very flimsy and unpractical. Cheap and almost useless. I have a similar lifting table somewhere else, and it has a much better system, simple and reliable. I had to fix this one very shortly after beginning of use.

TRADE HERO. Battery charger dangerous
I purchased a large battery charger off these guys 18mths and i have been very happy with it although i have only used it 7-8 times its worked fine, yesterday i put the charger on a flat battery, only to come back to it 20mins later and it had caught on fire and nearly burt my forklift to the ground, buggered the battery aswell, i thought perhaps i had hooked the charger on the wrong way, but no on closer inspection everything on my end was fine, surely its ment to last longer than 18mths, my old kmart 4amp charger still works after 20years, TRADE HERO refused to replace it, i should have known better buying chinese junk

Environmental Factors: Exposure to moisture, dust, or extreme temperatures can impact both the charger and the battery, potentially causing electrical faults or short circuits.
Electrical Load: Sudden surges, incompatible battery types, or irregular electrical load during charging can create conditions that lead to overheating or failure of the charger.
It’s important to note that this unit is a small-capacity battery charger, designed to operate within specific voltage and amp-hour limits. Batteries that exceed the charger’s rated capacity, have different chemistry, or require higher charging current may not be compatible. To ensure safe and proper operation, the battery being charged must comply with the charger’s specified voltage range, capacity rating, and charging profile.
We also wish to inform you that this incident was reported outside our standard 12-month warranty period, which unfortunately limits the options available for replacement.
